I really like CapEd everyone there is so nice and if there is a issue they take catr of it before tou leave the bank, if you call them its the wayI spoke with Alex R today on the phone and he was great.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I’m sick and tired of this bank taking my money out of my savings when I specifically signed a document for them not to. this is 2ND time they have done this. I will be closing my account

This customer service experience was an absolute nightmare! Instead of providing any assistance, they repeatedly claimed ignorance about why my email wasn't working. The person I dealt with was incredibly condescending, acting like I should magically transform into an IT expert. If they can't be bothered to help, they should find another line of work. There was zero concern for me as a customer; they couldn't care less if I closed my account. Terrible service, zero empathy, and a total disregard for their customers. Avoid at all costs!

CapEd is not the same anymore. It's a cold hearted, machine ran Credit Union now, not the warm welcoming place I signed up with 15 years ago.I've been patient, but they really have been terrible to work with since 2020. With no visual drive to improve, and the multiple headaches, I will be closing my accounts and won't be looking back.

The man I talked to was so incapable of doing his job. Would just say what I said back to me as if I didn’t already know the issue that needed fixing. I went to another cap ed and the problem took less than 15 minutes to solve.

I'm an over the road truck driver. I came to this bank in February of 22.I have had issues with bills getting paid on time with their online bill pay. I have also had my debit card turned off twice after purchases I have made.I set my rent and a vehicle payment to be sent on May 25 & 26. My rent got paid but the vehicle payment, "is lost in the mail" or "entirely on USPS" ????What's the point of providing the service then???Would "It's lost in the mail" work if I owed YOU money???I will switching when I get home.

UPDATE:⚠️FYI-Might want to Avoid CapEd until they fix their costly mistakes;?Debit Card CANCELED ???CapEd transfered my call to a 3rd party, ONLY AUTHORIZED get a REFUND,(online order @ restaurant closed early)CapEd's ERROR left me with out access to my ?? and forced to use cash on the weekend, then unable to get a refunded from ?☠️?,?? ??? ??⚠️??Transfered from another C.U;[⁉️ MISTAKE, the other CU Didn't Mess up as badly as CapEd ? did IMMEDIATELY ‼️??]start up was seamless. Immediate printing of debit card was a necessity. ?

Terrible customer service.When the pandemic hit, they closed their doors to the public and refused to allow anyone to even make payments on car loans, forcing customers to go across town to their other bank with a drive thru.They also have crooked employees that steal from the clients their payments. I went in 1 time with my wife, she made a $275 payment and got the receipt to show for it. 2 mos later, I get an email saying we are missing a payment on our car. even after showing them the receipt, they refuse to investigate the theft by employee, instead forcing us to make another extra payment and late charges.if you plan to get a vehicle, do not use them for your financial needs

Was a couple days late getting my insurance added to my account and they added a $500 premium for ONE MONTH of insurance onto my loan. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid getting a loan from here at if any way possible.

Love this bank, always super helpful and knowledgeable about everything, staff is always great
