This place is great, I found this cool cup there and I found some bluey stuff but a friend of mine wouldn't let me get it, the staff were giving us weird looks and that's why I removed 2 stars

Walked in, noticed spilled make-up on the floor. The emergency signal on the door was going off and nobody to turn it off. It wasn't the front door, it was back in a corner by women's shoes. Messy feeling place. I get it isn't a premiere shopping experience kind of place but still, have some pride in your work area. Disappointing.

I called to ask an associate if they had seen a certain item come through the store, the person who answered was very rude. She didn’t answer my question, nor did she give me a chance to give her a description. Instead she hung up the phone. I don’t live near Nampa, the drive is quite a long one. I just wanted to see if they had it before I drove all the way over there. I did not enjoy talking with that associate. She was rude, not helpful, and quick to end the call.

The racks were messy and stuffed full of clothes which made it hard to look through. not very many short-sleeve options in the shirts. Most of it was long-sleeve. I searched for a romper, I figured they would be in the dress section but I didn't find any there. I did find one eventually in a rack that was in the middle of an aisle. The store could use a better system for where they keep things. I like that it's discounted big-name brands that are at the mall, and you can easily spend a few hundred bucks which would cost way more if it was coming from the mall.
