For the service guys! These guys are awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable staff in the service department. The techs know their stuff too, I have had a transmission replacement and a short block replacement and have had zero issues.
Thank you service department I have really appreciated all the work to get my titan running right!

Myself and my son have been coming to have service on our cars for years. Broncomotors have gone downhill with constant changes in service staff, untrained staff, and worse of all dishonest staff. There is a reason why the company has a revolving door and one of the issues reading between lines is that service personnel are being pushed to have customers do unnecessary work on their cars. We have a pile of service paperwork for years and it's interesting to see the inconsistencies in how the inspection finds "issues" in your cars. On One visit it needs everything replaced and the next visit just one thing. Don't fall in the trap when the inspection finds a bunch of issues because more than likely it doesn't need replacing or service.
Beware, because the tactic is that they quote you a price but after they take your car for the service and once it's done they charge you a different price.
My son purchased the tires here and requested free rotation but they didn't do it. They can't lie to customers when the lobby has a window for customers to watch when service is done.
The company is unresponsive to customers and engage in abusive consumer practices when they schedule an appointment, they make you go to the location….only to tell you they can’t do service….meanwhile they don’t bother to cancel and disregard your time and expense.

My most recent visit was great. I am a little disappointed that none of your previous advisers took me seriously when I told them there was a ticking sound coming from the engine. Now we're looking at an engine replacement caused by cylinder scarring.
