Easily the best experience I've had with a dealership. I waited to write a review to see if the Subaru i bought had any hidden issues and not a single one! My car is fantastic and exactly what they said it was. Jason Taylor really made it great. He was honest and open about issues I had. He answered every question and when I had a concern about a small chip in the windshield, he was quick to provide a solution. The entire team was very personable too. I brought my 3 year old in with me the first day and they were fantastic. I am really impressed with the service and care they provided throughout the entire process start to finish.

Amazing car buying experience! Shopped around 3 different dealers and Bronco Motors Infiniti had by far the most friendly staff and comfortable show room. Yassin was fantastic as well as the finance manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

Yassin and the rest of the team at Infiniti at Bronco Motors did an amazing job with the sale/trade-in process. Yassin took what is historically known to be a very stressful experience and made the car-buying process very easy and even pleasant. They were backed up, delaying the completion of paperwork, but they were so kind to offer to send us out and pay for our dinner so we did not have to wait around at the dealership for a couple hours until the finance manager could be available. This was a very generous gesture that, in my opinion, makes them top notch in customer care, in addition to the great deal I got on the new-to-me 2020 GMC Yukon XL Denali, and fair trade-in compensation. I would definitely do business with Infiniti at Bronco Motors, and Yassin, again, as well as recommend them to others.

I just purchased a 2024 QX60 Autograph from Infiniti and had a stellar experience. Yassin was knowledgable and enjoyable during the lot walking, testing driving piece of things (we all know not all of them are. I did not feel a phony or pressured vibe whatsoever) and the paperwork piece of things was smooth as can be as well. Bobby, the Executive Sales Manager was also involved in the overall process of getting to know me and making sure my family and I were having a great experience and they earned my business because of all of that. I was torn between another car on another lot and their exceptional customer service is why I was able to make an easier decision and will keep me coming back to Bronco Motors Infiniti.
