They gave us more information than we had. Like how to remove our trailer ceiling light to replace it. And that we needed to measure the light, before hunting blindly for a replacement.

I'd give them 0 if I could. Online says they close at 7, I got there at 6:02 to find out they close at 6. I wanted to look at 2 trailers that were right out front, a guy came out to meet me and said you saw me close the doors, we close at 6 and open up at 9, if you want to look at them we'll be here at 9. I'll take my trailer shopping elsewhere, good customer service is super easy to give out and is a big deal breaker for me. He could have taken 10 minutes to show me those trailers real quick and potentially had a sale the following day.

Buyers beware!Do Not! repeat DO NOT! Buy tire insurance or extended warranty from Bretz or National Auto Care insurance. What was claimed to be a bumper to bumper warranty and the tire insurance is for tire only not for all the damages it causes as they said it would when they sold the policy. It's taken 3 months a dozen phone calls and still waiting for results. It's all a scam!

I purchased a slightly used travel trailer from Bretz this summer. I live in a different state and split time between Montana and CA. Bretz really bent over backwards to help with this long-distance purchase! They even had the trailer delivered so it was there when I arrived. Although the process was not completely seamless, Bretz addressed every issue that arose and went out of their way to accomodate me and my schedule and address and resolve the issues completely. Especially helpful was service rep. Chris K. in the Missoula location. He went above and beyond what would normally be expected to resolve an outstanding issue after my departure. I would HIGHLY recommend Bretz and their team. THANK YOU ALL who helped with our purchase! Launi H.

Worst experience EVER. Such a waste of time, energy, effort and HUGE loss of money. I regret not reading other people's comments first before stepping into this company. There's definitely a reason why there are so many one-star ratings. And here I am, unfortunately, to add another one, based on my own horrible experience. To cut it short: BE AWARE. Don't fall for their verbal promises unless it's crystal-clear in writing without any possible ambiguities. No joke. Please be SUPER SUPER SUPER aware. The ambiguities cost us huge huge loss financially. I'm using the word "ambiguities" because I don't want to get into law trouble. But trust me, you would immediately know what I mean when you get to that point. I personally would not want to deal with this company ever again, and I would definitely advise all my family, friends and colleagues to stay far far away from them too. But if unfortunately you have no other choices but to deal with them, I would strongly suggest: 1) Prepare a camera and record every single word they say, so that you might use it to protect yourself if you want a lawsuit later 2) Again, check the paper work carefully with professional lawyer so that you don't get " ambiguity" or "misinterpretation" on the terms they provide. Also, a side topic: it's sad to see how they are training new and young employees to do business in this way. A good company reputation is at least based on honesty and good customer service consistently. If whoever is young and has ambition to become a successful salesman, I personally and strongly believe this is not the right place. Find another company that teaches you the right thing. You can do better!

If I could not leave any stars I would. We had a great salesmen in the beginning and one who helped us to, but then he went out of town and we were left to fen for ourselves. The finance team was an absolute joke. Just like Dennis Dillon RV. What's with Boat & RV finance department?? This one Was rude when they communicated with us via email, instead of calling they were always busy. Never followed up eve. We ended going to Alan Marsh who after visiting them they called us numerous times to follow up, the finance guy was always there and always returned our call. Alan Marsh went above and beyond for us. we ended up buying a boat through Alan Marsh and are so happy with our purchase through them. It's all about customer service. Word of mouth is huge especially if bad. .Alan Marsh They made it happen for us. Go there instead of this place

Horrible customer service, terrible communication. Awning insurance is a scam, along side any warranties are a joke. My camper came back to me in worse condition. They were suppose to fix my sink and shower as they were separating from the wall. Now I can't even use the shower, you can see in the pictures where they cracked the water proof lining and pan. They spit tobacco chew in my shower. They slapped up trim for the shower gap, and the sink is still separated. My entrance door is loose and now needs assistance. These guys are a bunch of crooks.

We dropped off the trailer for repairs 6 weeks ago and it just sat there, with no one working on it. They dropped the ball. That's completely unacceptable. The irony is that I made the service appointment a month in advance. This isn't the first issue we've had with the service department. When they initially hooked our truck up to the trailer, they forgot to connect the brakes! There's been a series of mishaps like that. I recommend you look elsewhere when buying or servicing a trailer.

Your salesman was great, But right after they get their money, it is like they don't want anything to do with you. They don't answer their emails, you have to hound them for information on any service that needed to be done. They even did not adjust the trailer ball Coupling so within a mile of their shop the trailer jumped off of our ball and they could care less, we put a call into them they said they would call us back and we haven't heard a thing since as usual. Next time we need boat parts or another boat we will drive all the way to Salt Lake to get one. We will never recommend them to anyone.

My opinion of this place is rapidly deteriorating. We were offered free storage with the purchase of our new trailer, but were never told that you had to give them a preferred pick up date when you drop it off. So I called today to see how to pick it up today and am informed that I can't until Monday. This is something that would have been nice to know when we dropped it off. Actually, I am not even sure why I am writing the after glancing at the other reviews. Clearly, they do not attempt to fix anything. I wonder if my recall item that I requested repair on was done while they had it. I guess I will find out when I pick it up......whenever they allow me to do so. Save your sanity and shop elsewhere. If it appears too good to be true, it is.

I went to Brett's RV in Nampa and I was very disappointed. They want to sell me a grand design solitude over MSRP. Their lot was very dirty and muddy so looking at 5th wheels my shoes were muddy. And they said if I didn't buy the grand design from them that I could not get servicing even though they are a grand design dealers. I called their service department who confirm last year that was true but this year they'll service you. But the wait was two months. I ended up going to a dealer in Salt Lake City Utah and paid 20% less for the brand new grand design. My experience with Bretz was very poor. I feel in this over priced market they were opportunistic and I could not get a fair deal from them. Eric S.
