“My visit to the Adventist Book Center came near the end of the day. The clerk created me like I was the first customer of the day. I got the thins I needed. Someone else came in and was visiting with her. She politely let them know she needed to wait on me. She carried on a happy conversation as she rang up my items. I felt very good about the transaction.”

“I've only been here a few times and each time I was just picking up an order I placed online. It was pretty dead each time I went and there were always at least 3 people working, so I've always gotten help right away. On my most recent visit, I noticed they added a separate desk area in the back corner where you pick up online orders (at least I *think* it was new), which made it look a bit more organized. I've never spent more than 5 minutes here, so no complaints from me!”
