We LOVE our new apartment here at the Birches! The staff in the office is bar none the best we have ever worked with, they are just wonderful! We feel very safe here and our neighbors are so friendly. If you are lucky enough to secure an apartment here, prepare to be enchanted. :-)

Being in the property management business myself, I am continually impressed by the professionalism and kindness that the office staff and maintenance team has. Work requests are consistently handled in a timely manner, and I am always greeted with a smile when entering the office, despite the stress that comes with such a demanding job. Newsletters are always so helpful around the community, and effectively communicate any resident concerns about noise, dog poop, parking, and other general complaints that any typical apartment complex has. I am pleased to say that this beautiful community has been a delight to reside in! Thank you for all of your help and your CONSTANT DEDICATION to the happiness of your residents.

Like the review below me, they are rarely there during office hours especially opening. Rarely answer their phones or return messages. After WEEKS trying to contact them and get into an apartment, we find out there's an opening and go over there immediately to apply despite all the horrible customer service we experienced with them, only to find the office locked and nobody there, even though it was during their posted office hours. We waited for 45 minutes, came back an hour later and waited another 45 minutes. They take zero responsibility for this behavior. Just because people are desperate enough for a place to live that they will still rent from you doesn't make it okay to be so unprofessional.

If you would like to live somewhere peaceful, affordable, and extremely well managed, this is the place. They have great amenities, convenient location, and an fantastic staff. They are very well organized and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend The Birches to anyone looking to live in an all around wonderful apartment community.

My husband and I have been living at the Birches for almost a year now, and we love it! Great amenities, great location, great people! It's very nice having on-site management. We recently had what could have turned into a big problem with a leaking pipe in our apartment and they were right on top of it, getting it fixed before we even knew there was a problem. The apartments are a great size as well. We will definitely be signing on for another year.
