I Like Best Buy but I've noticed that prices are way too high and I was disturbed about the staff. Most were too busy being on their phones instead of helping out customers. Having said that, when staff did help out, they were very nice.

Great customer service. Clean store and easy to navigate.
I think this company has turned around. For a long time I didn't even bother looking at Best Buy. Now just recently I've made two separate purchases. Great that I can also just run to store and pickup.
