I called to get a passenger window replaced. They were available the next day for me. I went snowboarding and trusted my family to handle it for me. I came home to a job well done. My family told me they went the extra mile cleaning out debris from the door making sure everything was perfect. Also they charged me almost half than what safelite quoted me at. I do NOT recommend Bensons Mobile Glass and Tint to anyone. Monte is a total clown. He would be better off in a circus somewhere with the tricks he tried to pull. He had no clue what he was doing, and that was evident from the start. He didn't know how to get the glass out of the window, so he had to send pictures to someone so they could walk him through the process. After leaving and coming back, he ordered the glass with the grids in the wrong direction. He did this twice and blamed it on the company from where he was ordering the glass. The final time he showed up with the correct piece of glass, he still had no clue of to install it properly, so after an hour of banging and hammering, he finally got the window in. He had busted the channel balance, so it didn't operate properly, and the new glass was cracked. He must have assumed I thought he was the best window guy in the valley and wasn't going to check his work, so he had the audacity to take his tools out to the van and come back in to ask for payment without even testing the window. When I asked him if the window operated properly, he told me, "I don't know; it's not my window."In the end, I'm not sure what was worse his customer service skills or his window installation skills. Save yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere.
