I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get a new battery. They replaced the battery but in doing so, damaged my screen. It took a couple times to get the phone back to them to get the screen replaced (screen wasn't in, guy who could do it wasn't in) and when I got it back I noticed everything was pink! I googled it and the reports I read said it was because a non apple product was used. I spoke to Richard the manager just now. He told me that wasn't true, Apple just says that to scare people. Then he said I could bring my phone in, they would replace the new screen with the damaged screen and I could take it to apple and get myself a new screen. I asked if they would pay for that and he said no! He then went on to tell me my husband signed their waiver saying the phone was working perfectly. Well, the problem with that is that my husband is color blind. I said I didn't feel I should have to pay to replace the screen they damaged. Then there was about three minutes of silence. I asked if he was still there. Yes. I said, "Oh, you didn't respond to my comment." He was very snotty and said he didn't have to respond, there was no question. Wow! They damage my phone and yet somehow I'm the bad guy?? Buyer beware. They will not get any of my business ever again. Not how you treat people and certainly not how you resolve problems.
Additional note: We also reached out to Batteries Plus corporate. Their reply, as well as the reply here, was basically too bad, so sad. How about stepping up and making it right? You guys caused the problem and now you step away without fixing your mistake?? Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I brought in a battery for a kids electric car to get a new one. The guy says we don't have any without looking at anything, he then said the wires are welded to the terminals without even taking it apart. (took it apart at home they were not welded). I then asked if there was another battery u could substitute, he immediately said no. So I found one on the shelf myself that had the same specs. It fit perfectly in the cars original battery holder and was plug and play. Do your own research cause these guys won't help ya.

The employees at Batteries Plus are super helpful, knowlegable, and made sure I got the batteries I needed. They also knew that I was in a hurry and couldn't lift a lot of weight, so they got my cores from the car and took the new ones out. One of them (sorry, I didn't get your name) even answered maintenance questions for the battery I was getting for my UTV, which I really appreciated. Thanks so much!

On January 2, I stopped in, it was Tuesday. I paid $114+ for a Dyson Vacuum battery.I was told my battery replacement would be in Tuesday January 4. I called, "sir it wasn't on the truck, but it will be here Thursday January 6".We will call you, it is here. Tuesday on January 9.When I called again, oh, it's coming on January 11.I got a call, your battery is in.I got to the store, gave them my recipe, "be right back" he said.Dude came out and put a cardboard package on the counter. I said "ya, that ain't it" "sure it is he says" as he begins to ring up a $114+ invoice."Dude, I already paid for the battery, what you have here is a 3.4vdc cell phone battery , not a 22.8 vdc battery for a Dyson "I got my money back, I've got one coming from Amazon for $32.These children don't have a clue.Do your homework, don't waste your money here.Your reply was that I should contact the manager. To what end?I told the two employees that were trying to help me that I would source the battery for my Dyson elsewhere.I was able to order a replacement from an online retail store for around $35.That's a considerable savings compared to your store, and yes it is an OEM product.

The Batteries Plus store is clean and well organized. The staff, on the several occasions I have shopped there, really knows how to open (without damaging) my broken "gizmos" and put new batteries in them so they work again. The store clerks sell me just what I need and they do so it quickly saving me time and effort. Thank you Batteries Plus: I'll be back!

My car fob battery died, and I was unable to get the cover off to see what battery it took. When I got there, the associate was very helpful, and he found that he battery in the fob was incorrect, replaced it, and made sure it was working properly. No complaints whatsoever :)
