Been banking here almost 18+ years and boy has it been less than pleasant, unless I go to my home location. This location specifically has some ignorant employees. I highly recommend finding a different bank. IF ONLY I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A ZERO STAR. BTW Banner bank my snapshot went through.

Banner bank is awesome. Staff is allways very helpful and friendly. There was a suspicious charge on my card they caught it same day it showed up. Contacted me, got my card canceled was on a Sunday, Monday morning I went in to bank was in and out with new card in hand in less than a half hour. If I could give them 10 stars I would

Banner bank makes me feel like I need a Pina colada iv in my arm to deal with them, And that's a kind euphemism. Every single employee I talk to contradicts the last. Also if you have to pay rent by a certain date like I do, the bank will let it just hang out "pending" until it's late. Oh and if you don't check your statements close, they'll try to charge you 30, whenever they can (it's happened to me 4 times) I. Then when you call to dispute, expect to be left on hold for at least 20 minutes, and if you can get through that, the manager will get on the phone, and "appoligize" profusely. Then tell you that even though it took them 5 minutes to take your money. It will take 2-3 days to come back.

Staff was super friendly, but they made it too frustrating to open an account. 1st trip they needed a utility bill proving we live in Idaho(just moved here). 2nd trip the next day, the utility bill doesnt have both our names, so they still cant help us. It was extremely frustrating .

Banner Bank has some of the friendlies employees of any bank I have been with. I use them for business and personal banking. After a couple of times of going in they already knew my name! And, I know they have thousands of people they deal with, yet they make you feel you are the best customer they have! I recommend them for all of your banking needs!

Amazing! Fast friendly service. Customized image on debit card and you it get same day you open account. So happy I chose them!
