Aspen Creek Apartments has been wonderful! Katelynn the manager is on top of it and replies quickly to any issues or concerns we have. She's wonderful! We have enjoyed living here as well as the amenities. Property Management company, Beech Tree, does a great job overall!

Aspen Creek has been a wonderful place to live. The managers and the maintenance man have been very kind to us. They work with you very well and have wonderful move in offers. They have become like family to us. They take their time to make this place like home and keep the property very clean. They are very good at getting to any maintenance issues you may have. I would highly recommend to live here at Aspen Creek Apartments.

Moving here from Washington was a scary transition, after a few months management picked up to its best. And I’m happy to tell you that Kaitlyn will do her absolute most for you, as she has for me. Maintenance requests get done with less than 24 hours. Emergency maintenance always on call, doughnuts every Friday for the residence in the club house as treats and she does her best to reserve venders to come out for the residence to enjoy new food trucks. It’s been a pleasure to have called this home for the time I have been here Kaitlyn is always quick to answer emails and phone calls regarding concerns. The buildings are more appealing to see, the cosmetics of the units have been greatly upgraded. Choose Aspen Creek as your Home, you won’t be disappointed.

Hello I came across aspen creek when I was in need of a place to live and immediately came across very polite n friendly Cory and he had units available immediately I fell in love worn the club house and the inside which were very clean new appliances and great quiet place the place then remained clean and they are always looking and taking suggestions they care about the tenants they are very friendly and happy to help and work with you then Katlyn has also done the greatest above and beyond n always willing to help n offers and doughnuts to tenants to spread her joy to the tenants very. On top with complaint or anything always there in office to help and informs everyone with new info is really nice we also had food trucks that was here to umm show appreciation which was cool she went out her way for all this to make us feel cared for so thank you aspen creek for all you do Emilia bolivar

Here at apsen creek they allow your neighbors to spy on you and watch through your windows and all they will say is that’s what neighbors do when you should be allowed privacy in your own home pretty sad they do not give back deposits I’ve had multiple family live there and not get a dime back even tho it was spotless and all the checklist was done they are the worst management and do not call to give you complaints that you have received they are never in the office when you try to stop by and they do not do good at keeping up on maintenance because they do not care I don’t know how many times we have had nails go through our feet because they don’t put the carpet in right everything is so cheap and the walls are way to thin honestly the worst place to rent from overall will never recommend it to anyone glad to be gone from this place

after I was finally got to the top of the list and learning the other side, I feel very differently given the owner was sure to make sure my paperwork for assistance was submitted before my voucher expires in three days. I feel like the management that's taken over is truly doing the best they can to get their business in order I'm just grateful to have been a priority and not forgotten inspite of what has to be extremely overwhelming!

This was my first apartment. For what it is, the rent is too high. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone around you very easily. I had an obnoxious couple above me that would wake me up screaming at each other and their dog and puppy made racket 24/7. I complained multiple times to management and nothing was ever done. I parked my motorcycle in the covered parking. I noticed the sprinkler right by it was just pouring out water rather than spraying. I notified management. They put in a new sprinkler. Instead of it watering the lawn, it was pointed directly at my parking spot. I now have permanent hard water spots on my bike that was dang near brand new at the time because of the incompetence of the people who put the sprinkler in. I notified management. Nothing was done and no effort to make it right. I had to adjust the sprinkler myself. Regarding moving out, they failed to get me what I needed, even after asking multiple times. My mom was my cosigner, but my name was on the lease and I was paying rent. Finally, they sent stuff to her, but not me at all. I left the apartment better than I found it and cleaned it, but didn't see a single penny of my deposit back. Overall, I had a bad experience here and would not recommend it to anyone.

We came here to tour the apartments and really loved them so we decided to apply. They ended up putting us in a different unit from the one we toured saying it was the same. When we went to move in, it was not the same at all. We decided to bring it up with management, expecting to be met with "your fault for not checking" but instead they went above and beyond what we expected. They treated us so nicely, especially Craig and the maintenance guy (Drew). They fixed the problem no questions asked. We are very pleased and love this little apartment. Management is really great and really cares. And Zac has been really helpful too

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and although we have had many changes in management they are truly wonderful apartments. The management is friendly, the landscaping is always taken care of, any issues are resolved as quickly as possible, and the maintenance man is the best! They have always treated us with respect and I would 100% recommend them.

We have been living at Aspen Creek for a few months and love it! Management has been nothing but amazing, and the manager, Alex has provided excellent customer service. Any maintenance issues we’ve had have been resolved promptly. The apartments are well taken care of, amenities are great. Thanks Aspen!

I moid oved in lately and management has been very nice and helpful. Alex is very friendly and helpful. The day after I did my inspection,Bob,came by and promptly fixed each item needed I feel very good moving here

Wow! We are really impressed with the professionalism, promptness and excellent customer service of Alex the manager at Aspen Creek. Alex made our move in experience easy.We chose Aspen Creek for the value, location and the quick response from Alex.We submitted an application over the weekend and she called us first thing Monday morning. Everything was quick and easy.The apartment itself is surprisingly very spacious, has lots of storage and is in great condition.In the highly competitive rental market here, where we know people can wait weeks to find out if there application has even been reviewed.We feel lucky to have found and moved into a spacious, affordable apartment in a short amount of time.Thanks again Alex for all of your help!!!!!

My family and I have lived in the Aspen Creek Apartments for the last 3 years and I can honestly say they are the best. Every time we have an issue Alex and the team are always there to help. I do not know what I would do without them sometimes honestly. The community is very tidy and affordable especially for the area in which it’s located. It’s close to everything we need including a great school just down the road. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for affordable but still family friendly housing.
