“Why would you buy at a big box store, when you could pay the same price (or less) but with WAY better customer service and at the same time support local business?Jackie was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and was able to get our washer and dryer delivered and set up for us just 2 days after purchase! The delivery guys (3 of them!) were at my house on time and set everything up quickly so that I could get to work on time.Nampa Appliance has made a repeat customer out of me. “Taylor, a young lady saved your review. She is outstanding. She helped me after I had given up and was headed out the door. You have some very good employees and a few that I have literally shown a picture of the product to and can't or won't put forth any effort to find a comparable product, or one Sunday, I had a guy say "it says I have two, but I don't see it and I don't want to spend too much time looking for it." And he was maybe my age, and I'm 60. Usually it's the other way around. Last night, Taylor was insisting on helping me not leave the store with the substitute I settled on. It was closing time and I was in a powered cart due to a leg issue. You need to appreciate her. Young people like that are rare. She smoked the guys. Give her a raise There is an older gentleman there last night who is great-in the past he took the time to educate me on air filters. Make Taylor a trainer...”
“I love how dog friendly Home Depot is! I take all of my clients dogs to train there and it is an amazing environment for them to practice their obedience and control. The employees welcome all the pups with open arms and always offer the pups some snacks when they have some on hand!”
“There is no reason why a person who is returning items should have to wait in the line outside. I get it if you are returning and then going to shop but if you are returning and going to leave. You should be able to just go to the return desk. And yes I know that it is about the number of people in the store then make a different line or let us go in the pro line.”

It's only a mile from home the people here are very friendly knowledgeable and they want you to get what you need so they are intently looking around seeing who they can help at all times. I find great deals in this place the markdown Lumber pile always has something nice in it, and there's value in this place as far as I'm concerned price versus other.
