“Would highly recommend Aspen Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
The units are very nice for the price, and they feel like a clean and safe environment inside and out. Great location close to the freeway, in a quiet area.
The management is just wonderful! Katelynn at the office does a amazing job taking care of the tenants in a truly kind, and helpful manner. The manager Corey is amazing as well. He went out of his may to personally deliver a deposit check to me after having trouble receiving it in the mail!
The maintenance man Drew is awesome as well! He helped my wife and I out when we first arrived at the apartments on a weekend to resolve some issues with our unit. Then management put us into a larger unit for no extra charge.
Can't say enough good things about the people and the place!”

“Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.”
“I've never lived in an apartment complex before, but I love the Station Apartments at Gateway. The office staff is prompt with replies when I have questions or need clarification, they host fun activities, and keep the clubhouse pristine. I appreciate the wonderful amenities. The campus in general is clean and I appreciate the effort by all staff to keep it a pretty place to live. Most of all, I feel safe - which was my #1 priority when finding a place to live.”
“My son and I absolutely love it here!❤️ Property management is so invested and engaged with the community. I have not had a good experience renting apartments, but here they do a great job of making it feel like home! I have a 5 year old and he has been over the moon about having kid neighbors right downstairs to play with. I also want to commend management for keeping the community clean! I saw a man outside dusting the outside the building, which is actually what drove me to write this review because I’ve never lived at an apartment complex before that puts so much effort into their properties. Beyond happy to be a resident here!”
“I've been there for about 5 years now and the first year and a half or 2 years where about weird and questionable. But we have a new landlady, her name is Thelma Alvarez and she cool plus the maintenance is pretty fast to fix what ever it is tat needs to fixed.”
“We just moved in but so far it is great! Ondrea, the leasing agent, is incredibly responsive even with my constant questions prior to move in. She has made our entire move in experience as easy as possible!
Our apartment (3rd floor) has all newer appliances that are very nice. The kitchen has more storage than we know what to do with!
The property is clean and the amenities are great. They even have little doggy bags and trash bins everywhere so it is easy for people to dispose of their dog's waste- no messes in the grass!”
