“Aspen Creek Apartments has been wonderful! Katelynn the manager is on top of it and replies quickly to any issues or concerns we have. She's wonderful! We have enjoyed living here as well as the amenities. Property Management company, Beech Tree, does a great job overall!”

“Me and my family have lived at Ridgecrest Commons for almost 4 years now and we are very happy with our apartment we think it’s a very nice community to live, our apartment is backed up to the rail road tracks so we get to see the train as it goes by, the management team here are very nice and helpful and if we need anything fixed the maintenance team is always helpful and in a timely matter we are very happy here and we are looking forward to enjoying the new swimming pool :)”

From the first interaction on my tour, I felt so welcomed and seen as a person vs just another $$$. They made sure I understood everything I needed to make the best decision possible.
The grounds look so clean and well kept. My apartment is beautiful and the perfect space. I had a little issue with my front door key, but the maintenance guys came by to make sure I had a working key, so I felt safe in my home.
All in all, this team has helped me in so many ways and I’m forever grateful. Thank you Farmstead!! I wish I could give you a 100000 stars”

“Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.”
