Personally I've gone through quite a bit of pharmacies and feel as though Albertsons truly is the best! I just love how the pharmacy staff make sure to inform any other patients about new medicine or they go above and beyond to make sure that each person is taken care of. And with a condition like epilepsy having a pharmacy staff that treats you like family is honestly the best

Changing pharmacies. They make you wait and then when you come back you find out they don't even have what they told you to wait 20 minutes for. Tell you they never got a prescription so when you call the doctor they find it. Rude pharmacist and technician. You really should not have to be rude back just to get your product. All of these things have happened on separate visits. Will not be back.

Called this place at 2pm and asked when my medications were going to be ready. They told me 20 minutes and I asked her if I could have a text when they are ready. I did not receive a text until 3:40pm I live about 15 minutes away so I got up and rushed over. I get there walk back to the pharmacy which was sorta hard to find, the people look at me as I’m walking up and right as I’m almost to the counter they start shutting the fence thing on me. This was very unprofessional and rude. Not only did my medicine not get filled for almost 2 hours when it was supposed to be 20 minutes they also didn’t say a word to be but instead shut the fence thing in my face!

A few years ago this pharmacy was great. Now it is awful. Rude employees, extreme wait times, mistakes made on prescriptions. I switched to an online pharmacy and went without my prescriptions for 3 weeks just to avoid going here it's that bad. I've heard staff yell at customers with 20 people watching. We've waited hours for medications that we already got texts that said they were ready. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Employees are great, but presciptions now take forever to fill. there is always a line there probably due to the fact that they never answer the phones and the notifications that are supposed to let you know never arrives. prescriptions that are faxed or called in never seems to get there.

Im sorry to say but this pharmacy is so slow almost every time i come here they have a line from here to Africa they should have more people on the register and they need to work and less talking

It’s always a HUGE hassle to get anything filled here, whether it be a refill or transfer or new prescription. I usually have to make several phone calls just to get it ordered. When I am finally able to pick up my meds, it’s almost always the wrong quantity (I’ll ask for 90 days and they’ll fill it for 30). Then they usually make me wait 30-60 minutes so they can fill it for the right amount OR they tell me to come back another day-after I’ve wasted time and gas to go there.I’m currently waiting for a prescription I called in 6 days ago, which was a transfer from another pharmacy. Called on Monday to check the status only to be told they had no record. Now it’s Wednesday and I just spent an hour calling every 5 minutes before I actually got someone to pick up the phone just to check the status and to be told “it’s in the queue.” They don’t seem to understand that people need their meds in a timely manner which is absolutely ridiculous. I absolutely hate when it’s prescription refill time because I know it will always be a stressful and unpleasant experience with this location.

They never have their stuff in order. They seriously need to figure it out. I'd advise anyone and everyone to not come here for your prescriptions unless you want a bunch of time and effort wasted...

My Mother had her prescription called in and needs it really bad, she is extremely high risk. She showed up at 3:58 and the boy there refused to help her because he was ready to go home at 4pm. Shame on you!

Your online order and pickup is a JOKE! After ordering 12 items online, receiving a text that my order is ready, driving to the store to pick it up and then receiving 2 of the 12 items, I am frustrated. I call to ask why we didnt get the other10 items...I mean common items....yogurt, creamer, tomatoes, salsa...The man who answered the phone tells me that they are out of all of them. I asked if he could double check, to which he replies no, because the order is closed. And apparently depending on who picks it, they may or may not make substitutions.... I can see the order it on my computer screen, but somehow, they cant see it at the store level. My husband then goes into the store and gets EVERY SINGLE THING that was on the list. We used this "Convenience" service because we have been sick with covid all week....I normally would do this myself, and this is why. I have been shopping at this location for 15 years....What ever happened to the days when the customer experience was important? HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this service if you actually want what you order!

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to fill a script since the end of last week. We dropped off the script, in person, and agreed to wait in store while it was being filled. This is a medication that I have taken continuously, for eight years. It is important not to miss doses. After waiting for more than an hour, my husband went up to the window to ask if the prescription was ready, and we just hadn’t received a text confirmation? At that time, the pharmacy tech told him that it needed pre-approval, and they couldn’t fill it until that was resolved. No problem! The next morning our insurance issue was resolved, so the script should have filled that day.When I called, it wasn’t ready. I called again today, to be told by a very rude tech, that the medication was out of stock, and they hadn’t even ordered it from their supplier yet. She then lectured me on how they won’t autofill a prescription of “this type” (Nucynta), and that I needed to let the pharmacy know when I wanted it filled (because saying, “I will wait, in store,” apparently isn’t clear enough). THEN, she told me that “it has a $75 copay, anyway,” as if that is the true reason she hadn’t ordered it yet.If it sounds like I’m just being sensitive, and the tech might not have been truly rude, I’ll tell you that I have NEVER felt the need to leave a negative review for ANYTHING, ever in my life. Her attitude, tone of voice, and refusal to even check if other SAVON pharmacies have this medication in stock, means that I have switched pharmacies. She treated me as if I was inconveniencing her, and as if anyone who has an expensive medication should expect to have trouble filling their prescription.If you are considering using the Savon pharmacy at 715 12th Ave S, in Nampa, you might want to reconsider.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They think they are above everyone. They have accused me of filling scripts that were never filled. Watch out for there automatic refills! They will fill them on a certain date one month then the next month they will say you filled it too early and then make a scene blaming you for their mistake!
