So skip all the low ratings and sob stories of people that got towed for illegal parking. That's their problem for breaking the law. These guys don't drive around town looking to tow people. They respond to a business or property owner calling them -- so take up your complaint with the property owner.I have used AATCO multiple times and every time they did a good job, were super helpful, and made sure I got home safe. They have towed 2 vehicles for me at a reasonable price and also fixed a couple of my vehicles.People complaining about prices? Well why didn't you just fix it yourself if you are so skilled. You are paying for labor of people that are trained, have tools, and have the ability to repair your car. They also have what's called in business "overhead", taxes, rent, more taxes, etc... Your mechanic isn't earning $100 an hour. It takes a lot of money to operate a business.These guys are fair, friendly, and work hard. Most of the complaints on here are from white collar people that think rainbow people, fairies, and unicorns are real. Sorry -- get a real life and if you don't want your car fixed here go to the dealer where you can get a bottle of water while they screw you more than you will ever know.If you like a good honest shop -- AATCO is the place for your and yes mechanics get dirty hands....

He towed me!! Can you believe that!? He did a great job, too! He got to me quickly, towed my vehicle 22 miles for an extremely reasonable price, and gave me a ride as well.If you park illegally and get towed, well, that's your own fault. Towed for parking illegally. I confess yes I was for 6 hours 1200am-6am. But to charge 485$ to get it out the next business day (it was towed Sunday morning) seems excessive.**Not a review of the services offered by the business just a warning if they tow you get ready to pay

I have taken my trucks and van to this shop for the last 8 years. They consistently complete extremely excellent repairs. Their price for labor is really reasonable compared to other shops. I completely trust this shop with my vehicles and know they have completed great work. I only ask what I owe them to pay for my bills, I known I have been charged very fair labor rates and parts too. I recommend anyone to bring their repairs to this shop. Tom Taylor

Daughter's car was towed to this business. We went to pick up the vehicle and were greeted by unprofessional owners. Couldn't tell us an accurate time of when the vehicle was picked up. When we questioned them they proceeded to raise their voices. One of the owners assault me verbally and had the intent to cause me harm. This is a hostile business that should not not be in business if they treat their customers in this manner . I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I needed an engine replacement asap. I had an engine delivered to them and dropped my truck off. They had it done in just a few days at a very reasonable price compared to other places. When some kinks needed to be worked out, I was able to take it back to them and they looked at it right way. I've also used their towing service in the past and had a great experience with that as well. Anyone that has answered the phone has always been very nice and polite.Service: Car towing

They towed my car I paid 365 whatever. There costumer service was horrible and the guy was aggressive with me because he "was on edge" More like on meth. He was literally getting closer and closer to me like if he was going to attack. If no one was to stop him or tell him to stop I believe he would have attacked. I will be going to the BBB and complain for sure.

HAD A VEHICLE TOWED AND WATCHED THEM CRUSH THE EXHAUST WITH THE FLAT BED AND THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND WONT PAY FOR THIER DAMAGE! PURSUING FURTHER ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND SHUTTING THIS PLACE DOWN PERMANENTLY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM!
