2C Yoga is AMAZING. I have gone to four different classes with four different teachers and each has been so good. This is a safe place to be and the ego is left at the door. If you are NOT flexible or have always wanted to try yoga, this is the studio for you.

My wife and I have used 2C yoga for many years. We have limited mobility and have found the chair yoga to be great for our needs. The stretch and movements taught in the class have helped to keep us mobile. We have known the instructor, Teresa, for over 10 years. She provides personal guidance during the class.

Located in Downtown Nampa, Idaho we are devoted to enhancing the lives of our yoga students. We do this by opening the doors with a warm embrace and offering classes, workshops, teacher training, private lessons or other wellness activities to help in your healing journey.
2C Yoga is a small and personal yoga studio. With group classes limited to 15 people, we are able to teach the classes specifically for the students in the class.
Our teachers will help you to quiet the chatter in your head so that you can begin to feel at home in your body because once that happens, the healing can begin and the whole World becomes your home!
