I've had a great experience with this farm! By mistake they sent me millet instead of sorghum that I ordered, and before I knew it, a new order of sorghum showed up at my door. Brian Dahlmann and Sabine from the customer service have been super helpful. I hope to order from them in the future.

Bought their Swedish Brown Beans because I refused to pay $150 for Amazon's version in a 10lb size. Who am I feeding, all of Sweden?? So I found this company in a random Google search for Swedish brown beans, and their product was in a human-sized (1lb) portion for sale and at a great price. The beans arrived after two or three days, packaged well and with clear instructions (although I'm going by a recipe from a family cookbook handed down three generations!!) But for those needing help from the start, the instructions that come on the package are thorough and easy to follow. You soak the beans overnight, and then drain/rinse the next day, simmering the beans for a few hours and adding in your ingredients according to the recipe. I was impressed with how clean the beans were when I rinsed them before soaking, and so far they're doing fine for their overnight bath. Tomorrow we'll see how they cook up, but they look terrific for now. I was a little disappointed with how many beans were \\\"bad,\\\" because this bag of beans was $15 after all. I know that's how it is with beans though, as all recipes tell you to sort and pick out the bad ones first (so it's common), but at $15 a pop, you'd like to see maybe 5 bad beans at the most. I had like 15. I really can't complain though, as this isn't an easy product to find, and the service has been outstanding from start (ordering) to finish (prompt delivery, solid packaging, clean product). All told, this deserves 5 stars!!

I Absolutely Love Purcell Mountain Farms! The Quality of their Products Are Definitely The Best! The Pumpkin Seefs they sell are the Most Delicious I've Ever Eaten, And they seem to make Me Feel Very Very Happy!! The chia seeds have a much better flavor than the chia I've purchased at my local health food store, And The Sesame Seeds Really Are MAGIC!!
