AWESOME customer service. We were greeted right as we walked in the door. They helped us find a window a/c that would work and PVC. We just came from Ace that the employees didn't even know we were in their store. I would highly recommend True Value over Ace.

Walked around the store for 20 minutes. The person helping customers didn't even acknowledge me. I needed help finding a couple of items. I just went to Walmart, atleast they have isle numbers so I can locate what I need. I went here because I thought I would actually have someone helping me find what I need.

Came in on a Sunday, and was very happy with the service I got!! I didn't really know what I needed but with a little explaining. They knew exactly what I needed. Those 2 gentleman were great. Will be coming back.

Over the past year that I have visited this location. Customer service is outstanding, completely gobsmacked. Chris and all the staff are very helpful. Some of the prices are higher than some of the other places. Yet, the experience is more important than price. I have been treated as if they knew me for years, right from my first visit. Great job you all!
