We moved to NC when the home was listed, and he helped us find people in the area to fix some minor things before the sale. He even took care of some things himself. Can't say enough good things about him. If you're looking at the reviews, keep in mind that some of those reviews are old and come from previous owners of the business. Jay has this business now, and he's passionate about what he does, and he's extremely dedicated to the people he lists for. We couldn't have had a better realtor! I'd give 10 stars if I could.”
