My wife just stopped in here and the pump did not shut off automatically when it should have, which resulted in gasoline overflowing onto her. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This has never happened to either of us.
The flow was also really slow which makes me think something was wrong with the pump.
This is honestly pretty shocking for a Pilot station.

It's an automatic stop while traveling thru Mountain Home. Gas... Food... the quick bathroom break!

Nice clean place but hard to find parking up front if you’re just wanting to grab something and go. Day cab people just drop trailers out front and leave waiting for someone else to come get them. Like a drop yard?

Bf and I are traveling cross country and desperately needed a shower so I suggested pilot. He wasn’t too sure because it costs 18 dollars for one and a gym had them for 2$. I said hell no because gym bathrooms are gross and we’d be separated and they are communal. Needless to say he agreed to pilot and it was amazing. Very well needed. Super clean everything we needed. And it’s unlimited time(considering nobody takes longer than an hour to shower?) the water did glitch out on my bf kept turning off but mine was beautiful. Thank you pilot:)

Store and personnel very nice and frendly showers clean .
But conditions on parking lot after freezing temperatures and snow is not accessible I can't get out of pilot property because slepry surface nobody spread salt and sand so I will be late delivery to Sisco in Boise today if Sisco will charge me late delivery fee I will send to to pilot Corp. One of pilot employees told me they ask Corp for snow removal equipment for so many years but cheep gridy Corp management refused to answer positive to stor employees

The worse service. No coffee?? It's almost 4 am?? Nothing but dried bread and sugar to eat. Wow! Fuel is the highest here. There are other places that want your business here!
