I went in and had a hassle free time buying a BRONCO. Paul and Fernando were really courteous and knowledgeable. Also the sticker price matched the online price. That's saying a lot because I went to other dealerships and there was no consistency in prices. They have the usual dealer products which were pretty decent in value and function, and they didn't hassle me when I declined them like other dealerships would. If they have a vehicle I want in the future I am definitely going there again. I traveled from twin falls to get my bronco and the experience was great. Thanks!

I had a great experience here at Mountain Home Auto Ranch with Fernando and his manager Jr. They both helped me get the truck I wanted and were even willing to haggle to get the payments close to where I wanted them. I told them both they'd have my business in the future when it comes time to buy an ATV or motorcycle.

Prior to purchasing a vehicle, I diligently conduct my research, determining the optimal price point that satisfies both the dealership and myself. Through the owner's assistance, I was connected with the Manager at Auto Ranch, who later introduced me to the Vice President. Consequently, we were able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Upon my arrival, the paperwork was promptly prepared for me. Brad efficiently processed it in less than 10 minutes, after which we were introduced to R Jay. He meticulously guided us through every aspect of our new vehicle. Throughout the entire process, I never felt uneasy, nor did it seem like I was engaging in tiresome negotiations or spending endless hours at the dealership. In just an hour, we concluded our visit feeling completely satisfied that all our requirements had been met. I wholeheartedly recommend Todd, Darren, Brad, and R Jay for orchestrating such an exceptional and enjoyable car buying experience.

We have purchased 4 vehicles at Mt Home Auto Ranch and will continue to shop there due to the amazing service we receive. This time we had the pleasure to work with Fernando Vasquez, he was quick to help us with our vehicle needs and was very helpful! Thank you for your great service and best of all being bilingual and understanding Spanish language for us to work together better. We love our new Ram truck!

We had a really great experience at Auto Ranch. We had been thinking about doing a trade in (since our van had been having unknown mechanical issues). Every other dealership we went to, wouldn't even run numbers, or let us know the trade in value until we committed to buying a vehicle from them. We met with Joe at the Auto Ranch, and he ran through all the numbers with us, taking his time to run different scenarios, loan options, trade in value, down payment, interest rates etc... He spent a lot of time doing this, knowing we were hesitant and not even sure we would make a purchase! In the end we ended up with a vehicle that was perfect for us, and we got a very fair trade in value. I can't say enough great things about the Auto Ranch, and specifically our salesperson Joe! Thanks so much!!

I or my family have have purchased vehicles from both Mountain home and Ontario locations and had a great experience. My most recent purchase was the Baker City location and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone and extremely disappointed as until that point I did have a great experience with the other locationsDarren, I’ve sent a couple emails and left a voicemail but haven’t heard back.

In June of 2020, I had my purge valve replaced at the meridian location since it was a warrantied part on my 100k service plan. Everything was great, Zach took care of me and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. Fast forward a year later, my car started doing the same things it was doing when my purge valve went out the first time and then the check engine light came on. Same code was run and so I took it in. I walked to the shop and was greeted by Anthony, the service manager. From the first words out of his mouth I knew it was going to be a bad experience. I tried explaining what was going on with the car and making him aware that the purge valve had already been replaced last year and I would also like my struts to be looked at. Anthony was rude, dismissive and made me feel small to the point I went back to the car and cried. My boyfriend had to exchange words with him over it because it was totally unacceptable. That was just the beginning though!I drop the car off and they let me know it was INDEED the purge valve again (after it had been replaced the year prior and they charged me yet again for just looking at it) and also my struts need to be replaced. Sure, fine, I’m okay with that. They let me know the struts are on order and would be here Monday for me to get them replaced as well as the purge valve, except that was local and already available.My car starts being worked on the following Monday morning and they say it should be done that day. Perfect. I go through the day and don’t hear one word of communication, I call before closing and I’m told it’s not ready but will be in the morning. Okay, things happen. In the morning, I don’t hear anything so at 1130 I call and ask what’s going on. I’m told the technician is wrapping it up and they’ll call me shortly to come grab it. Two and a half hours go by and I still dont hear anything and I’m trying to plan my ride around my lunch at work to to get it so I’m obviously frustrated. I call again and I’m told it’s done. I go to pick it up and the person doing my paperwork is not done with it and is completely unorganized and spends thirty minutes fumbling around as I’m waiting to just get my car and go (since I’m on lunch and over the whole situation. I finally get my car and leave. The next day I notice it’s driving weird and doing the same thing. The check engine light comes back on. I call and I’m clearly just done at this point. I’m then told they actually never replaced my purge valve and only did the struts and I need to bring it back in. This was in April of 2022. I am beyond done and frustrated with this company. I have been patient and understanding and then to be told they didn’t actually ever do the work I paid them for is unacceptable, especially after the way I was treated throughout the process. Another fast forward into now 2023, the car has had the check engine light on the whole time as the problem was never rectified in April of 2022. I called the Mountain Home store since the Meridian store is now permanently closed and I am essentially told that they will not fix it for free and that my warranty on the original part from 2020 is no longer valid. Why am I having to pay what will now be 3 times to fix an issue on my car that never was resolved in the first place? I have had nothing but problem after problem with you guys. I have always paid what I felt was fair and been patient and understanding and kind but this has gone beyond what I am even okay with. Originally, also, my car was sold to me with the wrong key fob. They asked me to bring that one back and they would get me another one, guess what never happened? Even after calling and calling, nothing ever gets solved. I’m so frustrated and no one is helping me. All I get is “well we can take a look at it but we can’t fix it for free” but it’s not fixing it for free…it’s doing the work that should have been done right and wasnt. Next step is unfortunately attorney general.UPDATE: see comment below. My review states that this has been an ongoing issue and I sent email last week?

Just had my first experience in dealing with Mountain Home Auto Ranch and I had nothing but a great experience from the very beginning and even after the trade in of my old truck. Matt was my salesman that I helped me get a great deal from my trade in and great/fair price on my new (used) truck. I have had my fair share of experiences with dealerships, and I can honestly say I left this dealership happy with my overall experience because of the customer service. Even post sale, Matt has followed up to thank me for my business and to check in and make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat and returning customer down the road.

We highly recommend Mountain Home Auto Ranch. RJ our sales guy was amazing. He was great to work with in person and via phone/text. He kept us updated on the arrival of our Bronco, which was very much appreciated because we were so excited for it to come in. The closing process was very smooth due to his prompt response to our messages and getting financing squared away with our bank. He took the time to explain all the features on our Bronco and even followed up with us after our purchase. He made buying our first brand new vehicle very special. R Jay was able to work with me on getting a new Kawasaki Teryx. I was able to get a good enough deal I was willing to drive 7 hours to pick it up. Everything went smooth and I was able to get everything done and out the door in no time. R Jay was veryfriendly and upheld his word on our deal and went above and beyond to help us. Was a very nice showroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle, but due to unforeseen events with my then truck I had to look for something to haul my trailer home. Holly and Paul helped me out beyond me the purchase as a person. Truck prices are high but their team worked with us to get us back on the road in my first ever new vehicle ( I like old stuff).
