Called to be assisted with getting my gas do to hip injury. Very prompt and polite. Even in this horrible wind. Thank You Helen and your chipper you lady. Only place in Mountain Home I get my gas.

Employees need to figure out how to treat and talk to customers. Especially how they talk to kids. My 6 year old daughter should not have been told she has rbf by the guy behind the register.

I want to say that the staff here is pretty nice and helpful. The ladies at the front cashier were super nice and helpful when we accidentally vacummed one our car keys and they immediately went to go ask in the back to see if they could help me out with getting my key from the vacums and the guy with glasses, tall skinny was very helpful.. i just cant remember his name but he went above and beyond to help us find that key! Thank you! We really appreciate it!

I visit this place at least twice a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are what you would expect for a convenience store. If you visit Jacksons stores regularly like I due, get and use there Jacksons reward card.

Customer service is very poor .. I got gas and wanted to add a car wash...after you pump your gas you can't add a wash .. not even inside the store .. you have to prepay for the wash or pay full price... rude cashiers

It was our first time going to this car wash and then a lady that worked at this car wash sended us away to clean this car wash and i was really mad and upset because it was wasting our time and making me upset and they said they will be open in an hour but they never opened. ( i think they closed because they have to clean at night when there are no people and we were there and they closed).

Just wasted an hour of my time, soon as I get up to the car wash they sent me away because a repair mans coming out. Very upset. I'll change my rating if u give me my time back. SMH it's not the first time either!
