We want to let people know that if you are looking to buy an RV we highly recommend IWS in Mountain Home, Idaho. Jeff in service goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Heather in sales took the time out of her day to go through our RV and answer any questions we had. Jamie was was very accommodating with regards to appointments for warranty work. All of the employees were very friendly and we enjoyed our time there.The mechanics were very knowledgeable.

5 years ago we sent $$ for a down payment to a man we never met for an RV we never set foot in, sounds crazy but (Marty/Sales) was so honest and genuine, we knew we chose the right place to purchase our 2018 Verona even though we live in the Seattle area!From that point on, IWS has shown their loyalty and sincere desire to make our purchase worth while and enjoyable!Which leads me to yesterday while we were traveling back to Seattle from Arizona..................We called Jamie the IWS Service Manager and told her we had some issues we wanted them to look at if possible since we only had 1 day to spare for the service.We arrived at IWS (Mountain Home, Idaho) at 12:30 and by 3:30 pm, we were on the road again with all issues addressed PLUS the added attention they suggested we consider which proved to be amazing and much needed.Dave and Jay (The Tech Service Experts) pointed out what they felt were important issues and we had them fix those and 500 miles later, we are pleased and grateful for everything IWS did for us!It is without hesitation that, IWS has proven they are the best RV dealership who stands behind their words and no matter where you live, you should consider giving them a call, you'll be glad you did.Special thanks to Jamie, Dave and JaySincerely,Tony and Ramona Mills

My daughter works for this company and loves it. Any business that treats their employees extremely good, where they enjoy their job and are happy, is a company that knows how to conduct business and takes amazing care to provide and make sure the needs of their clients are met.

AMAZING customer service. Picked us up from the airport. Had the coach set up for the night, spent the day walking us through every detail, and even visited us the next morning before we took off to ensure all questions were answered and that we had a safe departure. Also had a very nice gift basket waiting when we arrived. Welcomed us on the big screen tv in the lobby and had a mounted plaque etched with our names inside the coach. Superior customer service!

When we arrived and asked to see a sales person we were told none were available. The gentleman from the parts department was very friendly. He was able to show us one coach that was unlocked but didn’t have a key for the others and did not have a sales persons knowledge. Very disappointed that we drove here especially due to friends recommendations on how great they were.

Chuck, Ben, and Steve went above and beyond to not only explain everything on our new-to-us Renegade motorhome, but they had it prepped with water and fuel, even RV toilet paper, for our mini camping trip through the Tetons on our way home to CO. These guys understand what customer service means and I/we will definitely be back to buy from them again. Thanks guys!!

I spent months talking to different owners and researching Toter-homes for myself to get the best idea of what would best suit my organization’s needs.So much wasted time?. I should have just called IWS and talked to Mike.In less than 15 minutes, he asked all the right questions, gave huge insight into all of my needs(some of which I didn’t realize I had), gave me pricing and finance info, as well as a timeline. The guy is just a pro!I also love that they post such detailed video tours on YouTube of so many models.Just as a disclaimer, I have not purchased from them yet but after vetting other dealers, I will be.
