Had a truck Listed on Facebook marketplace messaged Nothing back crickets so I called first thing in the morning trying to jump on this truck. Salesman wasn’t available left my number. Nothing call back that afternoon. Same thing no salesman available so I went back to the Facebook ad. I put pretty much the same thing New sales person responded immediately deleted it and called me. Sorry truck has been sold. Go figure.?♂️? So they got something You want more than likely it will be sold by the time they respond

I bought a pre-owned renegade classic toterhome in the fall of last year, the purchase itself went smooth. It almost immediately went into storage for the winter. I pulled it out this spring to go to a race and when I hooked up to my trailer, it wouldn't roll as my trailer brakes were locked up. I called them and they didn't know what to do, they said they were going to find a tech in my area to come look at it and call me back.. they never called me back.. just ghosted me. I sourced my own tech and he found the trailer wiring to be a complete mess, the reverse lights didn't work on the machine and brake controller was bad. All said and done I'm into the tech for $1000 to fix everything.. these issues should have been found and resolved before they sold it and at the very least resolved after the fact and refunded for the repairs I had to make. Proceed with caution.

Chuck, Ben, and Steve all went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for our mini-camping trip when we bought and drove our new-to-us Renegade Explorer back to CO through Yellowstone and the Tetons. This business understands going above and beyond and I'm sure this won't be our last purchase from them. Thanks again!

Incredible business, the sales, and service shop is top notch. I have bought several coaches from other businesses and but IWS has lead the way in service, customer service and sales.
