My husband and I are RVer from AL. We made a mistake while looking for a campsite in a BLM site near Brunau ID. We felt like we where in the middle of no where. We turned down dirt road and got stuck in what felt like sugary sand while going up a small hill. Frustrated and with very little cell service we were able to call Camel Tow who communicated great, came to our rescue and got us back on the road withen a few hours. They worked hard for about an hour digging both our truck and our 5th wheel out of the jam were in and they did it for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

Camel Towing helped me out when I needed them. Tire popped on the freeway, and I was able to stop at gas station. They came to replace tire in under 30 minutes and I was back on the road again. Thanks again.

Got my car stuck in a ditch in thick snow, called them up and they got out to me in about 30 minutes (Called at midnight) and pulled me out and got me going for $75! Great deal all things considered and very friendly! If I ever need a tow again this is who I'm calling for sure! Thanks again you guys!

For the most part it was ok the people who work for this company were professional and curtious but i think they need to listen to the customer better and do what's asked by the customer. I asked three times for them to call a tow truck because my truck wasn't going to start just like I told them. Finally they got the hint that I was done asking. But overall it was ok. Even though my truck didn't get to my house until late that evening the actual people who was doing the towing were very nice along with the service people. Ya keep telling yourself that. 1998 dodge ram. Ya now you remember lol.

I'd give these guys a thousand stars if I could... They came and got me and my truck when nobody else would, and took us both home... Plus they've offered to come out and fix my truck if it can be... Absolute Angels they are and I'm eternally greatful to you both... Thank You ❤️

Our bike rack with the e-bikes attached fell off our trailer, landing on I-84. Camel towing was dispatched with Joshua and Stephen. They had a minivan for batter/flat tire repairs with only tow trucks for disabled autos. They were able to stack the bikes in their van, along with the heavy lifting of rack in our vehicle, taking extra care. They were so pleasant and helpful with a can-do attitude-much appreciated.Service: Special vehicle towing

Friday afternoon, May 12, my back right tire blew out, completely destroyed the tire and was sitting on the rim. Called AAA. They sent Camel Towing & Transportation; Gayle and Josh. They saved the day. Took off what was left of the tire - put on the spare and we drove together, me following them to Mtn Home. They took me to three tire dealerships before they found one that could take care of my needs! They cared and you could tell they did!! This is a small car - so they took the tires to their personal home for me to pickup today, Tuesday. Wow - what service.
