We had alternator trouble just before Mt. Home on a Sunday afternoon. I called Eric at C&C first thing Monday morning. He was clear and forthright on both the time and cost estimate for replacing the part. He was faster than he quoted and it cost less than I had counted on.
For getting an emergency repair done on a holiday week, he worked miracles. I'd recommend him and the shop for their professionalism and skill.

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Left my car there for 2 days, they never followed up with a call or anything. Made all these excuses as to why they didn’t fix my ac, just to tell me they can fix my ac 2-3 weeks later. Then when going to pick my car up they still charged me 60 dollars for “diagnosing” it. Brought my car else where just to find out they didn’t even diagnose it, they did nothing and charged me for wasting my time. Never again. This will be widely spread to let others know of this shiesty business. Especially when the front desk lady talks rudely about the mechanic I’m going to, to actually fix my damn car. How unprofessional.

We have used C and A several times and each time they were able to get our suv in quickly and they were able to diagnosed difficult problems and get them resolved. During this process, they kept us informed of what needed to be done, and what it would cost. Excellent customer service! We would highly recommend them to anyone who is having car problems!

First time I’ve ever seen a mechanic shop tell a disabled veteran to essentially go away. Showed up with my truck to have it looked at on my way back to Texas from leading a disabled veteran hunt in the great state of Idaho. Was told in certain words that they had no time to check the truck at the moment. Waited outside for a bit and then was literally asked to leave. Left speechless and went to Auto Ranch where they looked at, diagnosed and repaired my truck in under an hour.
