They are very nice people, but they have no-showed us and haven't returned calls. We couldn't even get an estimate from them.
I really wanted to shop local, but they haven't been reliable.

If I could give them no stars that’s exactly what they would get !! From the first day of trying to get a estimate to no shows on their part they are great to have if you are ok with them either not showing up or running very late with no communication at all and excuses after excuse we still have a lot of work to be done but have now decided not to continue business with this company hard to keep business in town when it’s not good business I could go on and on but they have already taken up my whole day with their nonsense highly recommend not doing business with this company !

They were quick to do business, but when it came to warranty work, they made up a million excuses and dragged their feet and everything else they could drag. We spent two years dealing with them to try and change the floor they did a bad job installing since the planks kept coming apart. In those 2 years of us following up monthly, they only came out twice, blamed it on the product and everything else around the house, and eventually blamed it on some supposed water damage that in reality wasn't even there. Turned out they did a horrible job leveling out the sub-flooring sheets to begin with, causing extra strain on the floor planks. Their ineptitude cost us thousands plus too much wasted time. Avoid at all cost!

Owner says they don’t use their Facebook “business page”… so why have one again? ? Multiple attempts for an estimate both Facebook messenger on their business page and also calling in and leaving voice messages. Always excuses on why nobody calls back or returns my messenger requests when I inquire as to if they want my money? Even sent exact measurement footage and carpet sampleI wanted from Lowes. Not sure how this place has 5 star reviews!!? ?Tried to support the small guy and local business. I’ll take this as a sign on how they do business and install floors! ✌?

These are some of the best people in Mountain Home, and I'm really glad I found them. Kenny was thorough, efficient, and very friendly as he walked into and replaced an absolute disaster with my floors. Not only that, but he remembers just about everyone he does business with, and I couldn't thank him enough for the care he showed for my children. Went in today to Bob's flooring &restoration to get some prices on some flooring for my overland camper project and pick out some flooring and found some really nice flooring and I'll be back to pick it up next week and I want to thank the staff for their help today thanks again Todd Hosto mountain home idaho

I had Bob’s flooring do my entire house. They did a phenomenal job! I had high expectations, Kenny and his crew exceeded them by far. They were also thousands less than the Boise companies. I highly recommend checking with Bob’s flooring before you hire anyone else.
