Made an appointment a week ago with Miranda to have my nails done this morning at 9am. I confirmed it twice with her the date and time. I Cancelled my appointment with a different place because I have had my nails done by her before and liked her work. I drove 45 minutes to town got there at 8:55 so I made sure I didn't mess with her schedule. Went to the door ..locked waiting 10 minutes ..still locked .. finally at 9:30 I left . I attempted to call her and text her but no response, however I did see that she was online because all communication is done through messenger. I just think if your going to run a business act professional and if you are running like at least text your client and let them know..

I made an appointment for nails a week ago with Miranda. Show up to my appointment and it's closed. Was told she tried to text to reschedule but that was not true. I would have made other arrangements before my trip. Why didn't she text me through Facebook? Thats how we where already contacting each other or leave me a voice message???? Vary unprofessional.
