One or the most cleanest and organized warehouse I ever delivered in my almost 20 years of being in the moving industry. If I'm not mistaken but the Warehouse Manager name was Rick..been with that company since 1981...I wanna thank him for being so polite helpful and patient we loaded 2 shipment that day for the warehouse and we waited patiently pass 5pm until we finished. THANK YOU RICK YOU ARE THE MAN

Bob and his team were absolutely amazing! We are a military family moving overseas and have never had a company take the care and time that Bob's team took. Not only that, they communicated and explained everything well and every single packer was thorough. We trusted each packer and were incredibly thankful for such a wonderful group of men to handle our belongings. Thank you so much Bob and team! You guys were amazing and the best!

B Transfer was amazing! We are a military family moving overseas and Bob and his team were careful, thorough, honest, and trustworthy men. Absolute worst moving company I have ever known. Did a military move with them they damaged many items of mine, dropped my coffee table in front of me. Sat and smoked a cigarette on my office chair without asking to use it. Told us that we shouldn't put a claim in for any of our stuff because our stuff isn't valuable enough and they are supposedly the best moving company in the world. I would never recommend them ever they were rude. Find someone else or do it yourself would be way better.

We have bought moving boxes from them a lot and they are always super kind and helpful. They have used moving boxes as well which are very affordable. I highly recommend!

I did a military move with this company. Upon arriving at my next base and receiving my household goods things were packed poorly and things were absolutely labeled wrong. My kitchen items were in my master bedroom boxes and several other items were mixed up as well. Highly don't recommend.

We had a good experience with them as our packers for our move last spring. Everything was packed well and they used so much paper. We had a few items break but I don't know how it could have happened. Like the handle broke off of a cast iron pan yet everything else in the box was totally fine. Everyone who packed our house was personable and the older gentleman who seemed to be running things was terrific. There was one girl who seemed very new to the job who struggled a bit with the packing, but it was packed well enough that nothing was broken. We haven't fully unpacked all of the boxes, but so far so good. The company that did the actual move was just ok. We had a few pieces of furniture that broke on the way.

Should be Zero stars! They are very slow and will leave you uninformed, and confused. It has been 3 months and our household goods are still not delivered. They get little attitudes when you call to check on the status of your property. This is very stressful!! We have a new born as well. We are being told the system is broken. No good explanations of what's going on at all!

Some of the guys were great. An older gentleman was super friendly and packed great ! Heck he even wrapped a deflated balloon in paper! The other 2 girls that helped not so much. SO much of our stuff is broken. All my boyds bear collectibles are shattered because they were literally just thrown in a box of junk ceramic on top of glass photoframes, they even put an iron in thr same box for good measure. No paper. No bubble wrap nothing. All my ceramic pumpkins are shattered. Yes they were wrapped in paper... but put in a box big enough for them to bounce around like dice. My big mirror shattered, bed frame broken, bookshelves falling apart.so many boxes were crushed. I wish I hadn't been slow unpacking the boxes. So I could have made a claim. But after the older gentleman did so good with all our kitchenware and photoframes from the main room I wasn't worried and I wasn't in a rush. Until I decided to just get it all put away. Almost every box that was packed in the back of the house has something broken in it. But hey, at least they packed their masks and b transfer jackets in our boxes. :/ I was so pleased with them at first but now im just disappointed and sad. It's not even necessarily about all the monetary value, but so many things that I can't replace and that had meaning are just gone now. If it wasn't so obviously neglectfully packed I wouldn't even be mad. But who throws so many breakables in a box ?
