Just wanted to say thanks to Eric for helping me get back on the road. I was stranded twice and had two different people tell me two different problems and it was neither one. Eric figured out the problem and fixed it. For that I’m totally grateful for employees like him.

Driving through idaho our check battery light came on, we pulled into this small town and visited this auto zone for help. All three guys were super friendly, john especially; came out, checked our battery, brought us tools and helped us replace the battery. Very good service, once everything was done john double checked that everything was alright with us. Thank you to john!
