The lady that runs the storage is truly amazing. She had always been a godsend to me and my husband. She was also so understanding anytime we needed something and worked with us tremendously when it came to payment. I would highly highly recommend Motion Storage to anyone!!

Terrible storage facility. The 1 star is for how cheap this place is but then again, you get what you pay for. My storage was broken into awhile back, I had things stolen from my unit. Asked around and found out I wasn't the only unit they stole from. When I went to empty my unit most of my belongings were destroyed due to mice eating, peeing and pooping on all my things. 95% of my belongings were completely ruined, i wasnt able to salvage any of my things. There is obviously structurel problems allowing mice to get in. Reading other reviews im not the only one with this issue unfortunately. No one ever answers when you call and you rarely hear back from anyone. Front desk lady was extremely rude as well. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're fine with paying for your belongings to be stolen or destroyed.

Been trying to call this place for 3 days. I've called at least 5 times a day at different times and even left my number. Would be nice if the phone number given went to a cell phone instead of a desk nobody is at.I'll change my rating if I ever get a hold of them.

Motion storage is the best in mountain home, that's all thanks to Shannon who runs the place. She's super friendly and always works with your needs. Always nice and clean, I defenatly recommend this storage place.

Shannon has been nothing but rude and unprofessional with me. She talked about my account to other people. My storage even got broken into and I got nothing from them to help, not even an apology. She claimed to have called me and emailed me when she never did, I’ve tried calling her office multiple times to pay and she never answered or called me back even after leaving multiple voicemails. I finally texted her asking why she has a problem with me cuz I am genuinely confused and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and lied saying she’s been trying to help me and I’ve done nothing but be rude to her??? I haven’t talk to her for over a month so I’m not sure how I’ve been rude to her or how she was helping me??? I’ll never use this place and will warn others not to either. Very unprofessional!!!*edit to reply; again my private account is being aired out in public. Smh…my family member you talked to knew more information than they should have about my account, which alarmed them. I paid you all 3 months plus some which is ridiculous since I tried to call you all those months with no answer, how can I pay you when you don’t answer me? You have still yet to prove you emailed or called me at all. I did change my lock and my storage along with many others were broken into and stolen from. My safe was stolen. You called to inform me of this and didn’t even offer so much as an apology. I’m not sure why you’re trying to drag this drama on, it’s kind of petty but ok. I’m done here and this will be my last reply. I’m tired of these games and all this drama. Hope you have the day you deserve!

I would recommend motion storage. Their prices are the best in town and the woman (manager) at the front desk is very nice! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy. She is the only employee so sometimes she doesn’t get to the phone right away but she always follows up! Their facilities are older but very clean when I moved in.

I rated this place two stars because of Shannon who is one of the managers there, great customer service, and the low price. I cant say the same about the storage unit! I had an end unit and I left my household goods there for a year for military training. I was changing military bases and the Air Force (AF) contracted a moving company to pick up my stuff. I recieved an alarming phone call from the AF reps saying that the movers refused to pick up my household goods because rat feces was everywhere, it was more of a health concern for them. The AF quality control officer came to evaluate the facility and verified the movers statements to be true and found a structure flaw in the corner. There was an opening in the corner that you can see when its sunny outside reflecting in. Didnt notice before when I moved my stuff in because it wasnt that sunny out. The rep stated the rodents more then likely came through the opening with ease, not to mention the facility is located by an open field. I went to talk to management about it and they stated since I declined the storage insurance there not responsible, which I agree but at least they can give me my rental money back because no one goes looking to rent a storage unit with an opening! Shannon asked the owners about my request and they declined, which I consider not very reasonable! Now Im stuck with potentially owing the contractors for their man hours and waisted time via the AF a case still pending. I also have to live with the fact I paid this buisness a year for an open space where rodents had the freedom of coming and going as they pleased, damaging my couch and mattresses I had to discard!
