In my opinion, closes way too early. Was going to get a package, had to get it from behind the counter. Store’s already closed.

Lisa is so outgoing and helpful! She always takes the time to help me through the process of how to package things for the best deal, sending things over seas, etc! It’s nice to be greeted with a friendly smiley face!

Lovely lady working there, although I can never pick anything up there cause it’s only open when I’m working so my stuff is constantly just sitting there until I drop everything at work to make an appointment to go which is a huge inconvenience for a place that can just stay open for 30 more minutes at least to solve that problem

The worker is very friendly and helpful. Let me know I could save money by cutting down the size of the box a few inches. She's a saint.

Coming back from deployment I’m so glad they hired a new mail person. She’s very cordial and helpful.

I’m giving this 5 stars now after 3 years of that solid 1 star because the new employee is insanely nice and goes out of her way to look for your packages. She took my number down and even called to let me know they were found. Package sorting and mailing on base really can be a lot for just 1 person let alone working customer service. So don’t be surprised if your package isn’t there as soon as the delivery notification pops up on your phone. Just be grateful Jim isn’t there to hold your packages hostage and scold you for literally just talking.I hope nobody ever experiences an infamous Jim here EVER again.

I recently learned that Jim retired! The new lady is super nice and super friendly! There weren't very many people in line when I went last, but she seemed to work quickly. The era of being spoken down to at this PO is finally over!

Jim = one of the BEST employees that the Mountain Home Air Force Base has EVER seen! This gentleman deserves a raise with how much effort, passion and knowledge he brings to work EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! I know he is the only employee here, so he easily is the best candidate for employee of the month. This post office would be NOTHING WITHOUT JIM. Especially without his ⚡️ LIGHTNING ⚡️ SPEED ?!!!! Keep up the hard work, buddy. Thanks for making the place a 10/10 place I want to visit on a daily basis

The man working there Jim is very rude. Will talk down to you and is in no way helpful whatsoever. I do not understand why he is still allowed to work there as just read all these reviews. What the heck is going on?

The worker there, Jim is one of the rudest condescending people I have ever met. Every single time I get a package delivered I have to wait an extra 2 days from him to put a slip into my mail slot. Dozens of other people that have the displeasure to deal with Jim agree that he should not be working there. I issued a formal complaint to the post master general and if you agree you should put one in too and remove him from his position. I am honestly to the point where it would be wiser to just pay to have a PO box somewhere else so he can continue to do nothing on someone else's dime.

Seems to be a single employee working here which wouldn't be so bad if he was any good at it. Doesn't know how to work lable broker shipments, and you'll be standing in line for at least 10 minutes waiting for him to come out of the back room. Just drive to the one on town, it's actually a real post office.
