E4 down Airmen and med tech/admin civilians are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional this being admin, active duty clinic and immunizations. I Would walk in and immediately be given attitude and sighs when checking in for an appointment or they realized they needed to stand up to do their JOB!I have had to deal with bad medical before but this group takes the cake on unmotivated and unprofessional.

Actively denied me health services that are covered under TRICARE. Wouldn't give me a referral either. This place seriously needs to be looked at/revised.

2 months to schedule an appointment with my doctor. Ib profin and Tylenol are a cure all. Long wait times on the phone. Teeth cleaning once a year even though I need it now. Nice.

Phone system is a joke. I call direct lines every time and still only 50/50 shot I get an answer. Wait minimum is an hour even with an appointment. People blame other people for wrong information given.

They barely pick up their phones. I've been caller number 1 in queue for 2 hours multiple times. That has been at different dates and times though out work weeks.

We have been going to the MHAFB Clinic for over 2 years now and our care has all been great. Do some of the staff come off as cold and snippy? Sure. Have we had amazing experiences with other staff though? Yes!! Be upfront with what you need, be kind and courteous, and you'll be fine! The remodel looks amazing and the clinic has always looked and felt clean.

This place is absolutely horrible. I came here right after a surgery to get my medication and they took 3 hours to get me my pain meds. They even hesitated to give me my medication at first. Mind you, I had no current pain meds in my system so I sat and suffered while they dragged their feet. When I asked for an update, all he could say was “we are waiting on the pharmacist to confirm” , as if I didn’t have an official prescription note from the off base doctor. Would not recommend stepping foot in this place.

Incredibly arrogant and rude pharmacy staff. Many of my doctors have basically told my I am lying about my symptoms on multiple occasions. My nurses have been great.

If I could give this medical center a zero star, I would! They provide Inconsistent or wrong information and give you the roundabout multiple times. Referral requests not signed or sent for days!! Only for them to act dismissive about missing it out. They don't call back when they say they will. Different departments give contradictory information.
