I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received from Jason Noble, who identified himself as the president of this bank when I asked to talk to someone above him. I was calling because i didn't understand how my husband's payroll check only had $40 available today. Normally, upon deposit, $400 is available on the day of deposit,the rest being available the next day. Apparently I had too much processing for an automated system to handle so it only made $40 available today. When I called and got connected with a live person, (Jason) and I was was explaining my situation, and asking why only 40 was available when all the other times it has been $400, he cut me off and was like no, that's not the case. Very rude, and very dismissive. Mind you,my husband has been depositing his paycheck through the app for over 3 years now. He told me I had to much pending in my account to make the $400 available today. I have been a wells fargo customer for 12 or 13 years now. I have never been talked down to in the manner this man spoke to me. I have been giving serious consideration to closing my account here in the past year due to the banks inability to pick a day to pay me in a timely manner. (My direct deposit is sometimes available on Friday, sometimes Saturday, or Monday or Tuesday, my job's actual payday. To me, I don't care what day I get paid, just stay with that day. Wells fargo has several times put me in a situation to where I go 17 between paychecks. If wells fargo was a man, my friends and family would be preaching for me to such a financial abuser. I believe it is time now. Thank you Jason for making this be such an easy decision.

The ATM won't let me change my phone number, and when I opened the account somehow a phone number that isn't mine and I didn't enter is attached to my account (its an old phone number of mine from 10+ years ago). I can't get into the physical bank during their hours, so now I can't access the account at all because of the 2 factor security login. ?

When I was in college I deposited a check from a friend for $7. The check bounced, WF charged me(!) a fee, and then over drafted me for the fee as I was a broke college kid with no money in my account. When I went in to see if they could at least take away the overdraft, they told me to pound sand, specifically the manager who was a younger redheaded woman. Stay away from these crooks.

Rude staff and always out of money first bank I ever saw that couldn't actually be a bank. Saw a review wFrom a few years back saying Jason was rude and yep still rude and still a manager no Customer service at all

It'd be really cool if they learned how to pick up the phone. Tried calling 5 times in one day and didnt pick up once. Called twice in a row and somebody finally picked up sounding really angry. Maybe if you learned to answer the first time I wouldn't have to call repeatedly and upset you?

The staff is incredibly rude and judgemental. If you don't have multiple accounts with a chunk of money in each account they treat you like your worthless. If you ask questions they act like you just asked them to stand on there head all day and read a Chinese dictionary backwards. Worst bank and banking experience I've ever had. Don't go there unless you want to be put down lied to and stolen from. I personally think all there tellers and bankers should be fined then fired and never allowed to have a bank account

I have not had any real trouble with Wellsfargo. Well not recently anyway. Years ago like in the 1970s I had some issues with the bank. Looks like they have changed some since then. All in all a pretty decent experience.

Both branches in Moscow have wonderful bankers and tellers. Great customer service is what you can expect from these home-town banks!

Although I'm NOT a fan of Wells Fargo's business practices (who is?), this review is just of this local branch. The teller made fun of me, and insinuated that I am not a responsible credit card user. It was crazy! I've never had an experience like that before at a bank.
