I could have not asked for a more professional, reasonably priced, and sincere moving service than Palouse Movers. On short notice, they were able to move me out of my townhome and place my items into storage. Matt went above and beyond to make this process as smooth and painless as possible, from working around my schedule for the move, providing packing supplies, scouting out an ideal storage unit, and taking care of donation items, including the relocation of a non-working vehicle. During the actual move Matt and his team were extremely efficient but were also very careful on how they handled the items and moved the furniture. I was absolutely amazed at how well they organized the items in the storage unit. I have hired other professional moving companies in the past and they do not even compare to the service Palouse Movers provides.

I can't say enough great things about Matt and his team. They give accurate estimates at very fair prices, were on time, worked with me when my move in date got pushed back, and got all my things in carefully and where I wanted them placed! They triple checked to make sure everything is where I want it and I was happy. Very nice, very hardworking and trustworthy. I wouldn't move with anyone else!

I don't know how they get only positive reviews - this was the weirdest experience of hiring a moving company. First, it started with a phone call when a person had no idea why I am calling. Second, later in a day, this number called me again and a person said that they are returning my call, but I already spoke to them earlier. Then (at that moment I started to have serious doubts) the person on a phone asked me to remind them who I am and what I want. After that, they said that they will look today at the schedule and let me know (previously, they told me that they will come for a walk-through-estimate tomorrow). I started to get confused and asked if they were coming today instead of tomorrow - maybe I misunderstood something... The benefit of the doubt, you know... The person on the phone told me that if I would allow them to finish the sentence they would tell me that they will check their schedule today and see what time they can come in tomorrow (!!!!) RUDE! I worked in a customer service for over five years, and this type of a dialog is a big NO-NO. No matter how you are annoyed with a client. Today, when they told me to expect them between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm the day before, it seemed like they could do it only after 7:00 pm. I decided not to bother anymore - I can't do it after seven, which I previously mentioned. So, if an hour late service will work for you, they are right for you. Or they just need to work on their customer service and time management skills...

We did a local move where we moved all of the little stuff but decided to have the big stuff moved by a local company. We found Palouse Movers and are so glad we did! We tried another company that eventually had to back out of moving us so we called Matt at Palouse Movers with 5 days before the "big event". He came down two days later to look at what we wanted to move and the logistics of getting the stuff out and into the new house. Three days after that he was at our door step with his helper and a van. Initial schedule was to arrive at 8 am. It snowed a lot on the Palouse the night before so we figured we'd get a call saying that he would postpone the move until the roads were better. We got a call. He said they were going slow because of the roads but would be late. About 8:30 the van arrived with the back coated in snow, ready to work. They were professional, careful, and efficient. Matt was always reminding his helper to "go slow" to make sure they didn't damage the house or the items they were moving. I'd give them an extra star for braving the roads to get us moved! In all Palouse Movers gets 5 stars for responding so quickly and so well to our crunched time line, being careful, and being efficient. If you have a move in your future I would recommend this company. We made sure our real estate agent knew how well they did so she could recommend them to her other clients.

Matt helped me with a move from Pullman to Spokane and was absolutely awesome on short notice and helped me get everything moved without any issues. His team was incredibly efficient and speedy! They even helped me with advise on the area, things they noticed around the new place and were just generally great. He offers better prices and is local so that's a pretty good plus as well.

Palouse movers helped me load my Uhaul truck from an apartment and then from a storage unit. In both situations they were professional and so very helpful!! Thank you for your willingness to be flexible and change your schedule around when we had a space snafu and had to get a different trailer the next day.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and his service. I originally contacted Matt to get a bid on a move to Oregon that I recently made. He came over , checked out what he needed to, was very courteous and efficient. It turned out he was unable to help me on the date required. A couple of days later I was having problems dealing with the movers I had hired and put an emergency help needed online. Matt blew me away by texting me to see if everything was ok. I stayed in touch with him and did end up hiring somebody to help me last minute. Matt checked in with me the whole time to make sure all went smoothly. The evening before the move I called him and asked if he would help us load the truck for the move . He came over the next day to help. After we unloaded the truck he made sure everything was loaded well. This all got done within 45 minutes or so. I then tried to pay him and he declined which I found so generous of him. I was really amazed by his willingness to help me and then not insist on being paid. Don't get me wrong , Matt is in business and he's not going to move you for free, ha ha, but in this case it was such a limited job and after all the stress I had been dealing with, Matt came through in a huge way. So I will say this, I might not have had Matt actually do a job for me, but he is a class act in every sense. Some may be cheaper to hire, some may be more expensive, but you absolutely can not go wrong with Matt and Palouse Movers. Business is one thing, but for me, character matters most. Matt has that in every sense.

Matt and his crew from Palouse Movers were exceptionally professional, flexible and worked around our rather challenging moving schedule with ease and calm. Matt handled all our entire move and went above and beyond in meeting our needs. His approach is very stressfree, thorough and well thought out. We greatly appreciated his willingness to accommodate some last minute challenges that were beyond our control with our closing delayed and limited access to our new home. Thank you so much and I will recommend Palouse Movers to anyone needing some extra careful muscle!

Great movers, they helped me move fast and were very flexible on the hours to move. They really helped going around my odd work schedule. They also were very concerned about not damaging any furniture and very friendly! Would highly recommend!

I couldn't have been happier with this company! They were incredibly helpful, affordable and made the entire experience of moving a breeze! I would use them for all of my moving needs if I hadn't moved away! You can't go wrong when you hire them! They were very aware of customer satisfaction, and took great care of all of my belongings! Thank you for making my move so much less stressful!

From the very first call, with my list of questions you were patient, informative and kept a healthy sense of humor. You mentioned keeping stress to a minimum and making sure I was assured of a quality move. Little did I know that your attention to detail and professionalism would continue through that move, helping me to pack the car when I was injured and completing the drive from Moscow to Boise when I simply could not. Your commitment to service is exceptional. You have certainly earned all 5 stars! Bless you and your business as you continue to help the fine folks on the Palouse.
