This is the best gym I’ve ever used. I have never loved going to the gym simply for the sake of going to the gym, but this model provides accountability, technical coaching, and forces you to push beyond what you think you can do. The overall focus is general strength, health, and longevity, not getting huge. Not to mention the quick friendships I’ve formed with the other members through doing hard things together. Highly recommend!

Great coach, great programing, great community. Whether new to working out or a serious athlete, the workouts are for all fitness levels. I have only lived in town for a few weeks, and I look forward to waking up every day and working out with my brothers.

This is the best workout facility I've ever set foot in. There are a handful of reasons for this. First, the equipment is top notch and the gym is in a prime location. But also:Pat (the owner/coach) structures each workout in a way to push the limits of ANY strength level. If you've never set foot in a gym, this is the place for you. If you've been working out for 25 years, this is the place for you. Pat works incredibly well with past injuries and is able to tailor all the workouts to your level.

Been coming here for several months. Mission has it all; tough (but scalable) workouts, great camaraderie that keeps me consistent, and Pat always has advice when needed and always pushes us. I started going to the gym in my mid-30s, and I'm shocked how much of a difference a few months has made.

Mission Strength is great! Patrick is encouraging and knowledgeable, but pushes you hard and makes sure you get an amazing workout every time. I love that every day is different, and that the purpose is to develop overall strength, power, and endurance, rather than just trying to look jacked or something like that. Every day I finish and I’m beat, but I can’t wait for the next workout tomorrow.

As a husband and father, I have a duty to be a competent provider for and protector of my family. Mission Strength helps me fulfill that duty. The workouts are designed to make me an all-round athletic, strong person, rather than to simply make me look cut. My workout philosophy is that if I strive to do my duty, the good looks will come as a side effect. Mission Strength shares that philosophy.Pat Darrah, the owner and coach, trains Navy Seals. That's pretty much all you need to know about his quality and experience. He is super warm and encouraging in his teaching style while also pushing people hard when he needs to! He has built a challenging and fun gym culture here and I'm thankful to be a part of it.

Done CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, prefer this functional fitness programming. It's safer, well paced, and easily scaled up or down depending where you are at. Gym is well equipped!

Love this gym. Pat is a great coach who really takes the time to ensure that you are lifting with proper technique. He is a wealth of tips and knowledge. I'm in the best shape I've been in for years thanks to this gym and Pat's coaching. The atmosphere is laid back and everyone is very friendly. I'd have a hard time working out anywhere else.
