This company is one of the most corrupt entities out there. I would HIGHLY recommend passing this company by when looking for an ethical and professional propane company. This company doubles the price of your propane WITHOUT ANY notice, email or phone call to their customers. Then, they cease monthly rentals of their tanks without again, notification to their customers. This company does what they want, when they want. They do NOT have their customers best interests at heart!! They price gouge and have zero communication with their customers regarding any changes to their accounts. There are two other ethically behaving propane companies to chose from instead of Suburban.
