Then, totally unsolicited, they spent a half hour helping us diagnose a serious problem that had cropped up under the hood. We ended up having to go to Pocatello to the Toyota dealer to replace the timing belt, and they called ahead for us, gave us a tow truck company’s number in case we needed it, and advised us on the best options.
