The Middleton Cottages is hands down the best assisted living facility around, they are kind and passionate with the residents. I would feel very comfortable if one of my loved ones required this kind of care , they are a great group of women at the Middleton facility!

My mom has been at The Cottages in Middleton for 2 months now and what a blessing it has been!She has never lived in an assisted living facility, so we did our due diligence and started touring facilities all along the Treasure Valley. We were hesitant that the larger facilities (70+ residents) were going to be too big and confusing for her to navigate through given her dementia state, so we ended up going with the quaint and cozy facility of The Cottages in Middleton. This place feels extremely homey and the staff have exceeded all our hopes and expectations in how they care for the residents there. How wonderful to walk in the front door, enter a cozy family room/kitchen/dining open area with the smell of delicious home cooked meals being prepared; feels like you have just walked into someone’s cared-for home. The staff are trained well in re-directing dementia residents in such a kind, patient and loving way. My mom has commented that none of the staff have every spoken to her harshly or in an unkind way. This place has more than exceeded our expectations and we feel so blessed to have found them! Five-star facility by far!

The Cottages are are a prestigious group of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. I have had the pleasure of seeing how their staff interact with the residence and I can say that it incredible to see the dedication this team brings to showing compassion, respect and fun to each community. It has been a great experience working with them.

As a hospice nurse practitioner I have been visiting patients in this building for almost 2 years. I love the cottages but Nicole does a fantastic job with this building. She is hands on with the residents which I love! All the patients I have visited are wonderfully cared for. Keep up the good work!

My grandfather lived at the Cottages for 3 years. I can't say enough good things about their staff and the care he received. They became a family to both of us. So thankful for their care for Gramps! The facilities were always clean, the staff always kind and so many fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. I highly recommend them to any one who is apprehensive about putting your loved one in assisted living, they will be well taken care of!

This is one of the cleanest buildings I've seen! The staff is caring and compassionate and Nicole does a wonderful job in keeping everything nice for her residents. The residents here are always smiling and happy and Jessica does a great job keeping them active and entertained! The food is amazing too! Great job!

I was so glad to be able to get my mom into The Cottages of Middleton. Nicole, the Administrator, was extremely helpful and all the staff was kind and caring. The room was a good size and accommodated everything we needed for my mom’s comfort.

I have worked at the cottages for the last 9 months. It has been such a pleasure to work with the staff even through COVID. Everyone is always so helpful and so passionate with the residents. It warms my heart to know we are one big family at the Middleton location.
