I hate shopping here because the prices are NEVER correct. Just today I bought a case of diced tomatoes. They were supposed to be $.069 each. The ad confirms that. But they rang up at $0.79 each with no additional discount anywhere on the receipt.
It's too exhausting going back and forth trying to get everything corrected. Last time the digital coupons didn't ring up. Every single time I go to this store some pricing issue happens. It's not worth it.

I LOVE Ridley’s Market however Ace Hardware is where I become an unhappy customer. You sell propane from 8am to 8 pm yet every time I go in for propane the workers make you feel like its highly inconvenient for them or they may not have someone to fill it or they get this sour look on their face. I didn’t set the hours so please when I ask for propane to be filled don’t treat me in that manner

I shop here at least 4 times a week.
Love this store.
All the employees are usually friendly and helpful.
Great selection of all items. Especially food items.
Have gone here before they opened the new store here.
Small town pride and quality service.
Star is ok but not as helpful and real caring!

Qoute "we don't take returns from the the Star Ridleys"
I bought something in the Star Ace/Ridleys in the morning, ended up not needing it while in Middleton. Had a receipt. Manager in Ace refused to return it. I thought he was joking.
