Came here to diagnose a potential battery issue. Dane came out to help and quickly got to the bottom of it. He helped pick out the best battery option without trying to sell me on something I didn't need. He even went above and beyond to help me install it which he didn't have to do. Over and above customer service. Thanks Dane (and Cory) for being so awesome. This will definitely be my go to location for auto parts service

Chad was very helpful. Helped me figure out an issue on my truck. knowledge of what is my issue. At least one and told me how to fix the other issue. He put his reputation on the one the other was 99% sure ot was the issue I'm gonna try both and be happy either way.

Every time I go into a mechanic’s shop I feel like I am getting Nickle and Dimed. Aiden @ the middleton oreilly location was more helpful than any mechanic I’ve ever talked to. He helped me get the product I needed immediately and explained how to use it very politely. I’m very appreciative for his help. Please give Aiden a raise.

I purchased a 12 volt battery on 2-16-2023 and put it in my ATV on 2-20-2023 and the battery was dead. I attempted to charge the battery with a 12 volt charger and the battery would not take a charge. I took the battery back to the store with my receipt and I was helped with Mikoli. He was doing his best but I could tell he is new on the job but friendly. He was asking a dark hair employee some questions and the guy was extremely rude/impatient with him. He than came over and asked me what type of charger I was using and I told him and his attempt was to make me feel stupid. I am sorry I did not get his name but I was in the store around 1:45 pm. There were 3 guys at the counter Mikoli, gray haired man, and the dark hair rude guy. In my opinion he should not be in customer service.

Nice guys instore but terrible internet ordering. It may say ready in an hour on the website but then it may actually be much much longer in reality. Its not their fault and corporate doesn't have any way to address the complaint.

I came in for new windshield wipers while it was snowing and dark. They did not hesitate to offer to switch them out for me. Everyone at this store is always helpful. Thank you!

I went to purchase some antifreeze, and it was story time apparently. The guy at the counter was telling a customer about his experience in the armed forces in every detail. I left without buying anything.

Helpful staff. I think one of the more helpful and knowledgeable parts shops in Star/Middleton area. Seems to be better stocked than NAPA

I took my battery in to get a new one, and they tested the battery to see if it was still good. I was told the battery was just fine and it wasn’t the problem. I then scheduled an appointment with my dealership because my car wouldn’t start without a jump, and spent an extra $160 just to have my dealership tell me that my battery was bad and all the rest of the diagnostics on my car came back clean.

Poor help. It took two people to help one person in the phone. Two times I asked for help for different things. I was told again just a minute. He needs help with the person on the phone. Wow.The owner needs to get older men who know things. Who builds the energy of camaraderie. The young kids are clueless and have no welcoming. They lack the knowledge of building on cars.

The guy behind the counter needs to learn that being a good salesman shouldn't include making the customer feel stupid for asking a question. I thought he was kidding.. sadly he was not. It's totally worth the small drive to skip this store and go literally anywhere else.
