Rates are fair, but if you need to make a change to your policy, it's nearly impossible to get a call back or email response from Tyler.

Stewart and Tyler are excellent, polished insurance professionals. They care about their clients and put their customers first. Farmers claims service is the best too!

I called and called. I left messages and still have not heard back. So I'm still with farmers but, I found a new agent who answers the phone. Do not use Mr. Hyndman. Unless you like being ignored.
