It's a great store for all things party; supplies, party themed decorations, balloons, costumes, treats/candy, etc. If from Cali, it's very similar to Party City.

We’ve been coming here for years for our traditional birthday balloons and every time I go in I have the same thought: “how could people who work at a PARTY store be so incredibly grouchy and nasty?”Finally this week I decided I won’t be back. My daughter and I went in so happy and excited for our event and the woman behind the counter cut me off mid sentence and scowled at me like as if we’re at the DMV or something. I have seen them treat other customers in the same manner - like they’re doing us a favor.Go next door to Albertsons for your balloons instead!

HUGE selection of balloons with competitive prices on items I looked at.Call ahead or go in before your event if you need to order bunches of balloons ....this is a popular place and you will be waiting awhile otherwise

I pre ordered balloons to pick up. I came probably 20 minutes after the time as the lady I spoke to said it would be fine because I was unsure of the pick up time due to work. My balloons were ready; they just needed to be placed in a transportation bag. I waited for probably 15 minutes as they were blowing up other balloons. No one even asked about my order. Then when they got my balloons after I mentioned it they noticed there was a leak in one. The one girl working took a few minutes to figure out which balloon it was to replace and then argued with the other girl on who was going to blow it up. She said she didn’t want to do it. Both of them then leave it there to blow up other balloons and help out another lady. I noticed several employees they could have called to help since there was a line forming at checkout as well as at balloon pickup. So now I’m at over 25 minutes waiting for balloons that were pre ordered and typing all this up while they still don’t have the balloons in the bag. I’ve been here many times and never see anyone actually try to be efficient or fast. Longest review ever. I also never leave reviews for whatever that’s worth.

My balloons looked amazing and the customer service was awesome. Everyone seemed happy to be there. Thanks for making my daughters 21st bday party look top notch!

Manager is rude, ruined my balloon and claimed it had a hole before they inflated. Would not recommend. Heard it pop while they inflated.

A lot of decorative options for parties and at affordable prices. I liked particularly how each color of party supplies were grouped together accordingly and also how certain themes were organized amongst the aisles. Lots of balloon options and instead of buying a whole pack you could also get certain colors individually which was nice.

Stopped in on my way to hosting a birthday party! Don’t judge, but I had 10 ?♀️ minutes to pick up a balloon arrangement for the table. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Judie must have seen my distress, and offered me help right away. I left 10 minutes later with the perfect centerpiece-THANK YOU, Judie.

Went in to get stuff for graduation and the staff (Sheila) was very helpful. I also needed to change a pick up date for some balloons I ordered and they were very nice and accommodating.
