Tried to close my account with this branch because I got tired of Zions Bank charging me money to leave my account with them. Branch refused to close the account said I had to call corporate to get it done or to get my money back. Corporate charged me money just to get my check back to me. I have paid more fees with Zions than every other bank I’ve used in the last 20 years combined.

Friendly and very helpful and supportive staff. Whenever I have problems with my account, all staff is super helpful in getting my problem resolved. Zion’s Bank is the best! 😊

Attractive building. Employees have been helpful and professional. I do think its weird that the employees pronounce the name "Zion" different than its pronounced in Utah where the bank was founded--or how Zion National Park is pronounced. They were pronouncing it with two syllables. Weird.
