Awesome experience working wtih Woodland Manufacturing. They were easy to work with to get my lettering set up, cost was reasonable and most importantly - the end product was top notch. The lettering I received was perfectly cut with no burrs and the paint was well laid down with no runs or uneven spots. Definitely will go to them again the next time I'm looking for this kind of help.

If Yelp had negative stars, I'd give Woodland Manufacturing one! However, it wouldnt post my message unless I left stars! To twart their logarithm I gave em five stars which surely placed me at the top of their advertising banner. Ha. We spent (wasted) $147.00 on freestanding yard letters saying 'God Bless America' to show patriotism and celebration of the 4th of July. The letters were thinner than thin. So thin that the metal supports (additional cost natch) are even thicker than the cheap letters so they perforated the letters themselves instead of just their core! How cheap can you possibly get WM? Seriously. Also, the standardized metal supports looked ridiculous sticking up in the air supporting some letters that were shaped to not cover them. They should have different types for those letters. When attempting a refund, we were told 'tough - - - -', since GOD BLESS AMERICA was a custom job. Never again W.M.! Brian Kraft Sacramento CA

I added to the beautiful sign I ordered from you, to add to the deck we had built and named Sherri's Corner in memory of an employee and friend we lost to Covid19 at a young age. The pictures I added were taken by Sherri in Port Aransas, TX. Thank you for the excellent quality and product! It enhanced the sign I created perfectly!!! Great service too!

We'll start off with what is positive. The letters look wonderful! They are exactly what we were looking for! Now for what is not good... When we purchases the letters, we ordered a mix of 5in and 8in acrylic letters. When they came in, the letters were about an inch or so big, so we contacted Woodland, and they made it right. We returned the letters, and received the correct size. But there were some items that were missing (punctuation). So we contacted Woodland again and they sent us the punctuation, but it was again the wrong size, about 1/4in. So we contacted them, and this time it seemed as if they didn't believe me, because \"according to their files\" they sent me the correct size. So I took a picture of the clearly incorrect size, and again to Woodland's credit, they made it right and sent replacements and even overnighted the items once they were manufactured. However, once again, the order was wrong. The some of the punctuation was too large (just slightly, I believe it was the 8in size rather than the 5in size) and some of the punctuation had rounded corners where it was supposed to be square. We aren't asking for a replacement, because we can certainly make it work, but it is incredibly frustrating that the order has been wrong so many times. The Customer service has been kind, and the product is quality and looks nice, however the quality control before the product leaves for the customer leaves A LOT to be desired. The two stars is for the product and customer service. Regrettably, the situation has been so frustrating I cannot justify giving any higher of a review.

Ordered a mild steel letter while building some driveway gates for a friend. Was very pleased with the quality, precision and that it shipped when promised. Was not pleased with FedEx delaying shipment and delaying completion of the job.
