“I bought a pair of Stryker pants for a trip around the USA in our motor home. About the 4th month into the trip a weak seam started to fray a pick. I did not wear them again.
When we finally made it home I took the pants to 5-11 and without batting an eye lash the manager said, We will replace these with a new pair! Service with a smile and the pants are on their way to our home, being shipped from another store.
It was so refreshing to buy a quality product and have the company stand behind their product.”

“I love kohl's. Love that I don't have to deal with a person to count out my clothes and get a number. I can just do it myself. Also see they have self checkout now. I don't clothes shop often. I was struggling a bit at the self checkout and Julie came around and asked if she could help and made sure I got my buy 1 get second off deals and discounts.”

“If you are in your 30s reliving your freshman years through fashion, this is your spot. All jokes aside, if you do still care to be on trend, this is a go-to for statement pieces. Wouldn't call it timeless or top quality but definitely a step above other fast fashion stores as far as quality goes. I love the atmosphere, but I also only shop during off times, so I'm not sure how obnoxious it is when it's busy. I think it's reasonably priced for most items except their recycled pieces, which I do find to be a cool idea just inflated for used stuff.”
“This store front is just too cute (The Village location)! I love the venue is set up in. It's a big girly closet. Everything is neatly organized and colorful! I came in today to grab a dress that was put on hold for me. It was sweet of the associates to make sure it was the correct dress when they spoke to the other store. The associate grabbed be a room and let me look around. They do have a couple different items than the Mall location. If you're looking for a cute dress for brunch, wedding or a date night, this place should be your go to shop!”

“Wonderful service! I've always had trouble finding a proper bra due to my large size and back problems. I was left to explore the store on my own for about 15 minutes, which I know many people expect to be greeted but It looked like they were training a new employee. I got close to the fitting room and was kindly greeted. She seemed passionate about helping me find the right fit and used other bras as a size reference instead of measuring tape. I didn't even tell her what style of bras I liked but she knew just by paying attention to the ones I selected. It took about 2-3 tries to get the perfect bra. Overall kind and friendly attitude. I wish I got her name. It also helps my first visit was during their 50% off bras sale ❤️ I will definitely be returning”
