“Today was my first time going into Athleta, and it certainly won't be my last. I was greeted by a friendly associate (I want to say her name was Kerri, I wish I could remember. Dark hair with glasses, she was great!) I told her what I was looking for in a pair of leggings and she gave me a few options to try. “I've never had a better shopping experience. I visited Madewell in The Village yesterday and I left feeling so darn confident. I'm a bigger gal and don't usually have a good shopping experience. I was greeted warmly by all associates but Ellie, the stylist really went above and beyond. She spent about 45 minutes helping me to find the right fit and style. She made me feel beautiful! The week prior to this I was in Bohme and those associates literally turned their back to me and ignored me, so having this experience brought me to happy tears. “I came in today asking questions on some items I was looking for and some of the workers weren’t very helpful and rude. They almost seemed bothered that I asked. I felt very uncomfortable after that until this sweet Mexican lady came to my rescue. She showed me where I could find what I was looking for. She made the whole experience so much better for my daughter and I. I am super thankful I met her and wished I got her name. I’ll be coming in again because of her.”

“If you are in your 30s reliving your freshman years through fashion, this is your spot. All jokes aside, if you do still care to be on trend, this is a go-to for statement pieces. Wouldn't call it timeless or top quality but definitely a step above other fast fashion stores as far as quality goes. I love the atmosphere, but I also only shop during off times, so I'm not sure how obnoxious it is when it's busy. I think it's reasonably priced for most items except their recycled pieces, which I do find to be a cool idea just inflated for used stuff.”

“I went in a couple weekends ago and walked in, looked around, nobody asked what I needed. I did not feel welcomed and will avoid going in store in the future. Customer service needs improvement. There were about 4 workers and 2 ladies already there. It took a little while for them to acknowledge I was there, standing right by them, when I asked to get measured. I tried the size and it definitely didn’t fit so I picked another bra with a larger band size. This is when I finally asked for more help about wireless options in store. Tara helped me and she was very nice and attentive. She made up for the initial poor customer service. I’m also still waiting on an order; if they don’t have it in store, they ship it to you for free (8-14 days). I spent $140 on two vanishing 360 wireless and the sport seamless bra. The sport bra is my favorite purchase; I wear 40DDD and XXL fit perfectly. Amazing quality! It is very comfortable with moisture wicking and great for daily wear. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.”
