The two girls that work there helped me pick out and try on seven or eight dresses for a semi formal wedding cocktail style and I ended up buying the most beautiful dress. I felt so cared for. They were all so very helpful.

I finally decided it was time to get some new nice clothes. The ladies in the store were so helpful and so sweet in finding me items that were my style and what I needed. They even showed me some items I wouldn't have picked for myself and I ended up buying those as well!

My recent visit in the store in Boise Idaho was not pleasant the sales person was very rude Not helpful at all especially when I ask her for sizes she’s grabbed the pants from my hand to steam them instead helping me with sizes she was rude to me the whole time I love the store but with people working there with attitude like that I don’t think so I will go back

Customer service? Disappointed. In the past I was a regular shopper here for my work attire. In more recent years I've grown more casual in my dress. I decided I needed a wardrobe update as styles have changed so much recently. I went into the Meridian store yesterday (I think that is the only one we have left in town now) early and was the only one in the store. I shopped around and the manager started a room for me. I was ready to drop serious money to update my wardrobe. Being winter I was all bundled up in layers and lace up boots etc. I told the manager that I wanted a full room because I wanted to try on everything that interested me because I was only undressing once. When I finally had everything all picked out and ready to try on I asked to use the restroom before I went into the changing room to start my trying on. They said "our restroom isn't for public use." They directed me to walk around the mall to the "public" restroom. I just left and didn't come back. I was the only person in the store with 2 employees. I have used the rest room when I have shopped there in the past. I feel disappointed in the customer service for sure. While my situation was not an emergency, what if it had been? WHBM used to be such a wonderful customer oriented shopping experience like Nordstrom. So so disappointed.

I am perfectly capable of selecting the clothes I want to try on, and I don't want to go into my dressing room to find a bunch of other selections pick out by the salesperson! I also don't want them to take the clothes out my hand unless I ask them to be because typically I'm trying to match the item with something else. And being approached while I'm in the dressing room by two other associates with items that I would NEVER wear makes me crazy! High pressure is not for me!! Won't be back for a while or may just order online!!

I went in to shop and was asked to wear a mask, and said I am exempt for medical reasons. The worker said per store policy I must wear a mask or leave the store. So I put on a mask, and then she said that my mask was not acceptable (I just bought it from a girl that sews them) and I must leave the store or she will call mall security. While I tried to explain that this violates ADA laws as well as the constitution, and I'd like to see in writing where they can disapprove specific masks, another shopper that was visiting with the other employees there, pulled her mask down under her chin and continued to visit. I asked why that is ok, why they can discriminate against me after I tell them I have a medical reason for not wearing one, while she can not wear one because her sunglasses were foggy. Mall security walked me out. I have spent literally thousands at WHBM, but will no longer shop here. It is my understanding that any private property that is open to the public is not allowed to violate ADA laws and discriminate in this manner
