Only one business banker on staff, difficult to schedule with but very kind and personable. The tellers are also great. But whenever I have a question about night drops no one ever answers the phone. Does it even work?

Incredibly long wait time, closed drive through permanently, and my banker cashed my savings bond for under half the face value (cashed for $50 with face value of $200.) Had I not realized his mistake I would’ve walked out none the wiser. This mistake then took 30 minutes to fix because there was nobody on site who could advise the banker of what to do; no managers, no supervisors, nothing. Literally an incredible waste of time. Staffing needs to be improved and training is clearly very poor.

Every time my special needs son tries to cash a check with my signature on the bottom of the check the teller always asks him for two forms of ID. Then she asks why don’t you have your own account. What other form of picture ID are they requiring. You would think with my signature on the check and they can match it from the system there would be no questions asked. Oh yes she also asks why don’t you have a credit card! Really a credit card !! So disappointed in this location! I’m in Idaho. Problems with main location!!! Meridian

Went in to open a checking account and they told me it would take longer than an hour so to either do it myself via the app or come back another day. Felt like terrible customer service

It’s insane how often their ATM is broken. I go 15 minutes out of my way to deposit a check and surprise, the ATM doesn’t work. Among the many other ridiculous problems with Wells Fargo in general, this is another reason NOT to bank with them.

Extremely SLOW SERVICE. Nobody on the teller line knows how to do ANYTHING. There's always an issue. Liliya is ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I will be reporting her. Since when is it okay to argue with the customer while you have at least 10 people still waiting to be helped.

This bank has the worst customer service, today I went in there to make a few deposits. The male teller waved me over did not say Hi or greet me what so ever then in the middle of my deposits walked away without even saying a word to help another teller came back finished my deposits and didn't say a word that I was finished just turned his back and I left. Also not having a drive thru is a Big inconvenience.

Took my disabled Mom to her appointment which they said she didn't have but I was with her when she made it so we couldn't get 1/3 the stuff done that we intended. We were told we couldn't get a safety deposit box because the service was down. What does that even mean? We waited for well over am hour just to get checks ordered.

Not sure about this branch but the mortgage representative I’ve been dealing with the past 2 months could not have been more hopeless. Stay clear of Wells Fargo. All they want to do is sell your personal data and give you the run around.Horrible experience
