I live in Caldwell. Received a text and phone call that I could go pick upmy medication today. I went all the way there and waited on line for 20 minutes because they are so slow, got to the window, Patrick got my medication reasy and went to send it out to me then says "sorry, you cant pick it up until tomorrow". Then ge had the nerve to look at me like I was crazy for being upset that I was told to go pick it up today and wasted my time just to have to go back until tomorrow. He was a jerk, and the pharmacist was equally an idiot. I get that its federal regulation to not pick up meds early.. but then dont call and make people drive 20 miles each way then tell them "sorry. Come back tomorrow."

told me they couldnt give me a flu shot because they went to lunch in fifteen minutes. it doesnt take fifteen minutes to give a single shot. im a nurse. i know.

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. I don't know about the rest of the employees, but the PHARMACIST is the most rudest, unfriendliest, unprofessional person I have ever encountered in healthcare. Not sure why this person became a pharmacist. He doesn't seem to care about his patients nor other healthcare professionals who call in a prescription. No phone manners, hangs up on you. Will tell my patients to get out of Walgreens.

Today I went to get some medications filled for the first time at this location. The prescriptions were sent over at 8am. I arrive to get them at 1030 and they are not ready and they tell me to come back. I come back and now they are on lunch and don't have enough staff to keep it open for 30 minutes? I come back again and now they have a line of 4 cars at 2pm. I wait my turn for over an hour and then when I get to the window I tell the pharmacy that I only need one of the medications filled. Then another man comes to the window and asks me the same thing. I repeat myself to him. Somehow they still managed to fill the wrong prescription and now are not even able to sell me the right medicine because of their mistake. I was in line waiting for over an hour and a half today. I will NEVER come back. This was also on a Wednesday so I can't imagine how they run on a weekend or after people get off work.

The pharmacy is straight garbage. Make an appointment to drive an hour in traffic just for the pharmacy to say oh sorry we have been out for weeks try again later.... cancel the appointment or update your website.

Walgreens closes at 5 today. We pulled up about 15 minutes before they closed and waited in line at the drive through. There was only one person in front of us and their order took about 20 minutes. We pulled up at 5:04 (due to waiting in line for 20 mins for the person in front of us), the lady at pharmacy drive through looked directed at us and closed the window. When we honked, she got on the speaker and told us they were closed and to come back tomorrow. We let her know we’ve been waiting in line 20 minutes and just needed one medication. She then told us that they were closed and she couldn’t help us, we would have to come back tomorrow.I proceeded to call and speak with the manager who tried to tell me that the registers shut down at 5pm and they physically cannot take payment past that. I called her on her lie and told her that I watched them take payment from the person in front of me at 5:03, we pulled up the window directly behind them at 5:04. She then changed her story stating that they can take card payments, but not cash. I told her we had a card. She said “well they had no way of knowing that”……the lady spoke with us over the speaker and didn’t even ask how we were paying. Needless to say I got nowhere with the manager. She just kept spewing lies after lies until I called her out on them and then she gave up and said I will just have to come back tomorrow.Any business (to include fast food restaurants!) you always serve the people that are in line before closing, then close. The employees just didn’t want to do their jobs and take an extra 2 minutes to get me my medication. I am now without a medication that I NEED until tomorrow due to lazy staff. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will be speaking with the manager above her in hopes this does not happen to another customer in the future!

If I could give the pharmacy a zero I would. My physician called in a prescription after my surgery. Needless to say this pharmacy did not acknowledge they did not have the product, but accepted the script. I called Albertsons pharmacy and they had the product and filled my RX. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy when you can go across the street to Albertsons and receive 100% better customer service.

Pharmacy is a mess and no 2 staff tell the same story. Was told on a Saturday that a med was ordered and will be here Monday. On Monday med was not in and they said they just ordered it, but would be in Tuesday; no explanation on why they said it was ordered 2 days previously. On Tuesday, they say they won't order the med until they get special numbers from the prescriber. Again, no explanation why this wasn't mentioned before and why they kept saying it was already ordered.

This is my go-to pharmacy and my quick-stop shop. It’s quick. It’s convenient. They also have a pretty decent gift selection for those times when you’re in a pinch and you need to grab a gift fast, they actually have a pretty good variety of random things for a store that small. They also have one of those no-fee ATMs here plus a red box for DVD rentals outside. This store is NEVER crowded and I very rarely have to wait in line to check out. They also same-day photo printing here and many other services. It’s a very quiet atmosphere…like a library and the people that work here are nice too. I’ve been in here a billion times and so you’d think they would know my name by now or at least say hi, but whatever. I don’t go there to chit chat either. Nevertheless, I recommend this little store for medicines, gifts, photo prints, candy and emergencies. I also think they do passport photos , Western Union, and some sort of other services. Check it out and grab a snack while you’re there

Pharmacy just doesn't care about their customers. Have one person saying one thing and another saying something else and they wonder why customers are frustrated. My 3 yo pediatrician sent in an antibiotic for an ear infection I got a text from Walgreens that the prescription was sent to this location. I drove straight there and waited in the drive through. The lady at the window notifies me that it's still hasn't got to yet and call about 2 hours and should be ready. I called 2 hours later and they said they don't even know if my sons prescription was there. So, was it sent or was it not? I was told by Nicole if I want to be impatient I can call the doctors office and ask them if they sent it. Asked to talked to the manager at that point and he was equally as rude. Yes, you're under staffed but you should be able to simply state whether a medications is there or not. What if it didn't go through and I had to have another sent which it did because I did double checkLuickly I was able to get it placed somewhere else. My son gets all his meds here thinks it's time to switch him to another pharmacy at least another location.

Finding pride stuff in the toy section is unsettling. Why the toy section?? Why the kids area?? I walked around and didn’t see any adult pride stuff just kid stuff. Stop the agenda.

Both of us have been using this pharmacy for 2-1/2 years. In that time, the service and reliability has gone downhill. Stuck with them as we thought maybe this was a covid-related issue, especially when they lost their pharmacist. Mom takes 9 meds and we regularly request they fill them all at the same time - has never happened. Then Walgreens put a sign in their drive-thru window offering free delivery. Requests need to be made online. They can't seem to get on top of that either.Don't know if this is a corporate, local store or staffing issue, but I think waiting 2-1/2 years for them to fix these ongoing issues is long enough. Time to try Medigap Pharmacy (walking distance from Walgreens), just across from St. Alphonus on Cherry Ave.

About 20 minutes ago I ran in to grab an item. When I got to the front, there was no cashier. I had seen a man working on something. I walked over and asked if they're was a cashier. His body language and facial expression was annoyance. When he rang me up, he was very short when telling me how to put my card in. No smile, no thank you, just complete "I don't want to be here" attitude. Taylor was apparently a Pharmacy Tech. I feel bad for the Pharmacy customers, if that is his demeanor.I work in retail myself. Regardless of how you feel about your job or what you're doing, you NEVER allow that to pass on to your customer.

This location needs help fast! The customer service is only good from a few people there inside the pharmacy. The pharmacist is either overworked or hates her job because she is the worst about genuinely giving a care. My kid 8 needed an inhaler and a medication not in. There was no notification sent to me I had to call and was greeted with a go look yourself attitude. The hours in the recording and online are wrong and they close at 7 !!! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!! Advertise it that way so we can plan to get the medication we need!! Either get them help or close the store and lay them off. No sick person needs the rude, unkind attitude.

Have used this pharmacy for years with no issues but after recent events will never return. They do not care for their customers and they are frequently changing the open hours to get your RX. On more than one occassion they have been closed during posted open hours preventing us to pick up medications for multiple days at a time and there is nothing you can do but go without prescriptions. Don't even bother calling walgreens to report issues because they don't care. Never respond or return call. Worst pharmacy with horrible service.
