They gave my husband someone else’s RX. When I called to let them know, they just said I needed to bring it back. Didn’t apologize at all and persisted to say that they just need the bottle back. I was obviously bringing it back as it wasn’t mine but I was being treated as if I made the mistake. Rx’s have the persons name, Doctor and home address on them! This situation should NEVER happen no matter what type of medication is being filled. Hopefully, they don’t give this person the meds I had in my possession simply because I wouldn’t want to take meds that have been given to someone I don’t know. Get it together, Walgreens!

Did an in-store pick-up order and they missed putting one if my items in the bag. I went back the next day as they were closed by the time I got to my house and saw I was missing it. Went in the next day and they took 45 min and 3 phone calls to different people to figure out if they were going to give me the product that they didn't give me in my order...

Patrick makes the difference! He is straight and to the point and tells you what's up without beating around the bush! Emily was very kind to me as well even though she looked exhausted. However, NOT a great place to work. Manager takes her own time off no matter what but if you need time off, nah she cant do that.

The gentleman helping me at the pharmacy had his mask under his nose. If you are going to work in a position like that, wear it the right way. Very unprofessional.

Walgreens is nice quiet place to shop. The store has a variety of items to purchase. I enjoy shopping there for last minute gift ideas for christmas.

I've had great customer service at the check out and they usually say hello when I enter the store. I had good service when getting a passport photo and I haven't had a bad experience at the pharmacy, but we don't use it much.

Took so long to get the tiniest prescription and they didnt keep me in the loop I had to ask them whats up. I'll use another Walgreens next time.

Pharmacy called me to tell me both my prescriptions were ready. When I get there, they are both not ready and waited 30 minutes. I will not be coming back here again.

The Walgreens on 10 mile and Cherry Lane is AWESOME! The pharmacists there are amazingly professional and their knowledge is so refreshing. They take time to answer any and all questions and their respect and time is appreciated. Dane and Laura are very impressive, knowledgeable, and professional.
